Push on Cybercrime and Coastal Security
Shah called for linking all urban cooperative banks to the FCFRS system and the I4C centre to curb cybercrime, and said the Home Ministry will step up efforts to strengthen coastal security going forward.
The Council discussed: fast-track courts for crimes against women and children; the Emergency Response Support System (ERSS-112); food safety standards; Ayushman Bharat-PMJAY; village-level banking access; railway development projects; and environmental clearances. Also discussed: urban development planning, power supply issues, strengthening PACS, child malnutrition under Poshan Abhiyan, school dropout rates, public hospital participation in Ayushman Bharat-PMJAY, and cybercrime and digital infrastructure.
