Goa, September 7: Maharashtra ranks first in the country with 33,872 startups, and Mumbai, the nation's financial capital, is rapidly emerging as a key global capital hub, Union Home and Cooperation Minister Amit Shah said today at the 28th meeting of the Western Zonal Council held in Goa, in the presence of Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis. The meeting was organised by the Inter-State Council Secretariat under the Union Ministry of Home Affairs.
