            मुंबई, दि.29 : शेतकरी हा आपला अन्नदाता आहे. कृषी महोत्सवाच्या माध्यमातून शेतकऱ्यांना योग्य मागदर्शन मिळत आहे. याठिकाणी लावण्यात आलेल्या स्टॉलमुळे दुर्मिळ औषधी वनस्पतींची सर्वसामान्यांना माहिती मिळते आहे. या कृषी महोत्सवामुळे पारंपरिक शेतीसह आधुनिक शेतीला मोठे पाठबळ मिळत असून आपले शासन शेतकऱ्यांना केंद्रबिंदू मानून काम करणारे शासन आहे, असे प्रतिपादन मुख्यमंत्री एकनाथ शिंदे यांनी केले.

            नाशिक येथील डोंगरे वसतिगृह मैदानावर श्री स्वामी समर्थ कृषी व अध्यात्मिक विकास मार्ग व श्री स्वामी समर्थ कृषी विकास व संशोधन चारिटेबल ट्रस्टतर्फे आयोजित 'जागतिक कृषी महोत्सव, 2023' निमित्त महोत्सवाच्या चौथ्या दिवशी आयोजित कार्यक्रमाप्रसंगी मुख्यमंत्री एकनाथ शिंदे बोलत होते.

            यावेळी बंदरे व खनिकर्म मंत्री तथा नाशिक जिल्ह्याचे पालकमंत्री दादाजी भुसे, खासदार हेमंत गोडसे, आमदार बबनराव लोणीकर, आमदार सुहास कांदे, आमदार सीमा हिरे, आमदार संजय शिरसाट, श्री स्वामी समर्थ केंद्राचे प्रमुख आण्णासाहेब मोरे, जिल्हाधिकारी गंगाधरन. डी. मनपा आयुक्त, डॉ. चंद्रकांत फुलकुंडवार, पोलीस आयुक्त अंकुश शिंदे उपस्थित होते.

            याप्रसंगी मुख्यमंत्री एकनाथ शिंदे म्हणाले की, आपले शासन सर्वसामान्य जनतेचे आहे. कष्टकरी, कामगार, विद्यार्थी, समाजातील प्रत्येक घटकाचे हे शासन आहे. त्यामुळे आम्ही प्रत्येक निर्णय हा जनतेच्या कल्याणार्थ घेत आहोत. शेतीवर येणाऱ्या अतिवृष्टी, रोगराई आदी संकटांमध्ये देखील राज्य शासन आणि केंद्र सरकार शेतकऱ्यांच्या पाठिशी उभे राहिले आहे. एन.डी.आर.एफ. च्या नियमांना डावलून यंदा नुकसानग्रस्त शेतकऱ्यांना दुप्पट मदत करण्यात आली आहे. शेतीचे जे नुकसान एन.डी.आर.एफ. च्या नियमात बसत नव्हते त्यावर योग्य निर्णय घेऊन शासनाने शेतकऱ्यांना मदतीचा हात दिला आहे. राज्यातील 6 लाख 90 हजार शेतकऱ्यांना तब्बल अडीच हजार कोटी रुपयांची मदत दिली आहे. याशिवाय शेतकऱ्यांना चांगले उत्पन्न कसे घेता येईल, याबाबत प्रयत्नशील आहोत. ४५० महिला बचत गटांच्या माध्यमातून हजारो नागरिकांना रोजगार उपलब्ध करुन देण्यात आला आहे. राज्यातील जनता सुखी असली पाहिजे, हा राज्य व केंद्र सरकारचा अजेंडा आहे. गेल्या सहा महिन्यात राज्यात घेण्यात आलेल्या निर्णयांमुळे विकासाला मोठी चालना मिळाली आहे. सर्वत्र सकारात्मक वातावरणाची निर्मिती झाली आहे.

            बाळासाहेब ठाकरे समृध्दी महामार्गाबाबत मुख्यमंत्री एकनाथ शिंदे म्हणाले की, समृद्धी महामार्ग हा 'गेम चेंजर' असा महामार्ग ठरणार आहे. या महामार्गामुळे शेतकऱ्यांचा शेतमाला अवघ्या काही तासात राज्यासह परदेशात पाठविणे अतिशय वेगवान झाले आहे. त्यामुळे शेतकऱ्यांच्या विकासाला अधिकाधिक चालना मिळाली आहे. याशिवाय नुकतीच केंद्रीय गृहमंत्री अमित शहा यांची उपमुख्यमंत्री देवेंद्र फडणवीस यांच्यासोबत भेट घेवून राज्यातील साखर उद्योगांच्या अडचणी सोडविण्याबाबत चर्चा केली आहे. लवकरच राज्यातील साखर उद्योगांच्या अडचणी देखील सोडविण्यात येणार आहेत. राज्याकडून केंद्राकडे जाणाऱ्या प्रत्येक प्रस्तावाला केंद्र सरकार तत्काळ मंजुरी देत आहे. पंतप्रधान नरेंद्र मोदी यांनी महाराष्ट्र राज्यासाठी 2 लाख कोटी रुपयांची विशेष तरतूद केली असल्याचे याप्रसंगी मुख्यमंत्री श्री. शिंदे यांनी सांगितले.

            मुख्यमंत्री एकनाथ शिंदे म्हणाले की, कृषी महोत्सवाचे हे 12 वे वर्ष आहे. याठिकाणी अनेक राज्यातील नागरिक, शेतकरी येवून भेटी देत शेती संदर्भातील योग्य माहिती जाणून घेतात. केंद्रीय मंत्री, राज्यमंत्री, कृषी विभागातील तज्ज्ञ मंडळी, शेतकरी यासोबत जोडले गेले आहेत. या कृषी महोत्सवात असलेल्या सातत्यामुळे शेतकऱ्यांना मोठे पाठबळ मिळत आहे. आयोजकांनी समाजाप्रती असलेली बांधिलकी, आपुलकी व आपण समाजाचे काहीतरी देणे लागतो या भूमिकेतून चालविलेला हा कृषी महोत्सव जगाच्या पोशिंदा असलेल्या शेतकऱ्यांना उर्जा देतो. याठिकाणी लावण्यात आलेल्या 250 हून अधिक स्टॉलच्या माध्यमातून प्रगती शेतीसह गटशेती, योग्य बियाणे कसे निवडावे याबाबत शेतकऱ्यांना माहिती मिळाली आहे. श्री स्वामी समर्थ केंद्रातर्फे सुरु असलेल्या जागतिक कृषी महोत्सवात अनेक समाजपयोगी कार्यक्रम पार पडले आहे. या कृषी महोत्सवात गुरुमाऊलींनी 11 सामूहिक विवाह लावून दिले आहेत. तसेच सरपंच, ग्रामसेवक यांच्या माध्यमातून नाशिक जिल्ह्यातील 51 गावे श्री स्वामी समर्थ ट्रस्टने वर्षभरासाठी दत्तक घेतल्यामुळे या सर्वांचे पुण्य गुरुमाऊली मोरे यांच्या पदरी पडत असून ते देखील हे पुण्य कृषी महोत्सवातून जनतेपर्यंन्त पोहचवित आहेत. या जागतिक कृषी महोत्सवाच्या माध्यमातून शेतकऱ्यांच्या विकासाला अधिकाधिक बळ मिळत असल्याचेही त्यांनी याप्रसंगी सांगितले.

Global “Agro-fest” providing support to modern agriculture

            Mumbai, January 29: “The farmers provide food to the people and they are guided by the Agriculture festivals. The stalls erected at the spot are also giving the information about the rare medicinal Herbs to the common people. This Agro festival is helping support modern agriculture along with traditional farming and our government is working with the farmers at the central point,” said chief minister Mr Eknath Shinde.

            He was speaking at the fourth day program of ‘Global agriculture Expo- 2023’ organized at the Dongre hostel ground in Nashik by Shri Swami Samarth Krushi wa Aadhyatmik Vikas Marg and Shri Swami Samarth Krushi Vikas wa Sanshodhan Charitable Trust.

            Minister for ports and mining and guardian minister of Nashik district Dadaji Bhuse, Member of Parliament Hemant Godse, MLA Babanrao Lonikar, MLA Subhash Kande, MLA Seema Hire, MLA Sanjay Shirsat, chief of the Shri Swami Samarth center Annasaheb More, district magistrate gangadharan D, commissioner of municipal corporation Dr Chandrakant Fulkundwar, commissioner of police Ankush Shinde and other dignitaries were present on the occasion.Speaking further, the chief minister said that his government is a ‘Government of common people’ and it belongs to laborers, peasants, students and each element of the society and hence all the decisions are taken in the interest of common people.

            Mr Shinde also said that the central government and the state government are standing firm with the common people during the hard times like the natural calamities including heavy rains, diseases outburst etc. He further said that flouting the guidelines laid down by the National Disaster Response Force (NDRF), the government has given double amount than that recommended by NDRF to those farmers who have suffered loss due to natural calamities. He said that the losses incurred by many farmers did not met the NDRF rules and so they were revised and assistance was provided to the farmers by the government.

            CM Mr Shinde said that his government has given the financial assistance of rupees six lakhs 90 thousand to the farmers as compensation. He also said that the government is striving to ensure that the farmers get more income. He also said that thousands of citizens were provided employment through 450 women Self Help Groups (SHG’s), adding that the state and the union government has given top priority to ensure that of the state are satisfied and happy. He said that the development got a boost due to the decisions taken by the state government in last six months and positive atmosphere has been created, everywhere.

Chief Minister Mr Eknath Shinde also said that the Balasaheb Thackeray Samruddhi highway is a ‘Game changer’ Expressway and due to this route, the agro product of farmers reaches to other parts of the nation and abroad with greater pace and this is giving a fillip to the development of farmers. He also said that deputy chief minister Mr Devendra Fadnavis recently met the Union Home Minister Mr Amit Shah and discussed about resolving the problems faced by the sugar industries in the state. He exuded confidence that in near future, all the problems before the sugar industries will be resolved.

            Mr Shinde said that all the proposals that are sent to the union government by the state government are given instant approval. He also said that Prime Minister Mr Narendra Modi has made a special provision of rupees two lakh crore for Maharashtra.

The Chief Minister said that this is 12th year of Agriculture- Expo and people from various states, farmers and other stake holders visit here and get updated about the suitable modern information related to Agro world. He said that the Union Ministers, the ministers of state, experts from the agriculture field are connected with the farmers due to this festival. He also said that the consistency of the Agro Exhibition has supported the farmers a lot.

            The Chief Minister also said that the organizers of this festival have organized the Agro-fest out of commitment towards farmers and the feeling of returning something to the society and this is providing energy to the farmers. More than 250 stalls are erected at this Expo which exhibits group farming, information about how to select best seeds according to the farmland and other important information. Various programs for social welfare were organized during this world Agriculture festival organized by Shri Swami Samarth Kendra. 11 mass marriages were solemnized during this Expo by the GuruMavali. Similarly, Sarpanch, Gram Sevaks and 51 villages from Nashik district had been adopted by Shri Swami Samarth Trust and the virtue of Guru Mauli More is being trickled down to the common people through the Agricultural Festival. The farmers are strengthened more and more because of such Global agriculture festival.
