Gas Leak in Indo Amines Company Contained
A gas leak incident occurred at the Indo Amines company in Mahad, injuring one worker. According to the State Emergency Operations Center, the gas leak has now been contained and the situation is under control.
Accidents Reported in Thane, Nanded, and Solapur
On May 29, 2025, one person died in a road accident in Thane district. In Nanded district, two individuals drowned and lost their lives. Meanwhile, in Solapur district, a wall collapse injured four people.
Rainfall was recorded in all districts of the state. The overall situation is currently under control, with no flood conditions reported anywhere. The State Emergency Operations Center remains in constant touch with all district emergency centers. As a precautionary measure, NDRF and SDRF teams have been instructed to stay alert and prepared for any emergency situation.
