             मुंबई, दि. 6: किसान आत्महत्या रोकने और जैविक खेती को बढ़ावा देने के लिए 'डॉ. पंजाबराव देशमुख जैविक जन आंदोलन (मिशन) का स्वरूप देने का प्रयास करने का आश्वासन मुख्यमंत्री एकनाथ शिंदे ने राष्ट्रीय प्राकृतिक खेती और डिजिटल खेती पर आयोजित कार्यशाला में दिया। 

            नई दिल्ली में आयोजित राष्ट्रीय कार्यशाला मैं मुख्यमंत्री श्री शिंदे ने वीडियो कांफ्रेंसिंग के जरिए हिस्सा लिया। इस अवसर पर केंद्रीय गृहमंत्री अमित शाह, केंद्रीय कृषि मंत्री नरेंद्र सिंह तोमर, केंद्रीय रसायन व उर्वरक मंत्री मनसुख मांडविया और विभिन्न राज्यों के मुख्यमंत्री उपस्थित थे।

राज्य में 10 लाख हेक्टेयर क्षेत्र जैविक खेती के अंतर्गत

            मुख्यमंत्री श्री शिंदे ने कहा कि राज्य में करीब 5.27 लाख हेक्टेयर क्षेत्र में प्रमाणित जैविक खेती की जाती है। आदिवासी क्षेत्र सहित राज्य का 10 लाख हेक्टेयर क्षेत्र प्राकृतिक खेती के अधीन है और केंद्र की कृषि विकास योजना तथा भारतीय प्राकृतिक कृषि प्रणाली योजना के माध्यम से जैविक खेती को बढ़ावा दिया जा रहा है। राज्य में रासायनिक दवाओं और उर्वरकों के उपयोग को कम करने के लिए विज्ञान आधारित जैविक खेती के प्रयास चल रहे हैं। रासायनिक खाद और दवा के बिना भूमि संरक्षण करने के लिए राज्य सरकार प्राकृतिक खेती के तरीकों का इस्तेमाल बढ़ाने की अपील किसानों से करती है। इससे लागत कम होगी और अधिक लाभदायक खेती होने में मदद होगी। इससे छोटे किसानों को फायदा होगा।

जैविक खेती और डिजिटल खेती के लिए मास्टर ट्रेनर कार्यक्रम शुरू करेंगे

            राज्य में अब तक 1628 किसान गुटों के 61 हजार किसानों को प्रशिक्षित किया गया है। मुख्यमंत्री ने इस अवसर पर कहा कि किसानों को वाजिब कीमत पर प्राकृतिक और जैविक खेती को प्रमाणित करने के लिए राज्य सरकार की स्वतंत्र प्रमाणन संस्था की स्थापना की जा रही है. मुख्यमंत्री श्री. शिंदे ने कहा कि डॉ. पंजाबराव देशमुख जैविक खेती अभियान महाराष्ट्र में स्थापित किया गया है और इसके माध्यम से राज्य के किसान आत्महत्या ग्रस्त क्षेत्रों में जैविक खेती पर जोर दिया जा रहा है।‌ ऐसा भी श्री. शिंदे ने कहा। प्राकृतिक और डिजिटल खेती के संदर्भ में प्रशिक्षण की आवश्यकता है इसके लिए मास्टर्स ट्रेनर कार्यक्रम राज्य मैं शुरू किया जाएगा। ऐसा आश्वासन देते हुए मुख्यमंत्री ने इस अवसर पर अपील की केंद्र सरकार इसके लिए सहयोग करे।‌

            कृषि व्यवसाय को प्रोत्साहन देने और कृषि उत्पादों की मूल्य श्रृंखला विकसित करने के लिए बालासाहेब ठाकरे स्मार्ट प्रोजेक्ट और एशियन डेवलपमेंट बैंक की मदद से मैग्नेट प्रोजेक्ट कार्यान्वित किया गया है। मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि इस परियोजना के माध्यम से प्राकृतिक कृषि पर भी जोर दिया जा रहा है।

ई-फसल सर्वेक्षण में एक करोड़ हेक्टेयर से अधिक फसलों की जानकारी

            डिजिटल कृषि के लिए प्रयास किए जा रहे हैं और राज्य में 2 करोड़ 20 लाख 45 हजार 901 किसानों की भूमि अभिलेख की जानकारी का डिजिटलीकरण पूरा कर लिए जाने की जानकारी मुख्यमंत्री श्री. शिंदे ने इस अवसर पर थी। उन्होंने कहा कि किसान ई-हक प्रणाली पर संशोधन पंजीकरण के लिए ऑनलाइन आवेदन की सुविधा है और आवेदन की वर्तमान स्थिति जानने की सुविधा है। ई-फसल निरीक्षण उपक्रम के माध्यम से एक करोड़ हेक्टेयर से अधिक फसलों की जानकारी प्राप्त की गई है। प्रधानमंत्री किसान बीमा योजना के ऑनलाइन पोर्टल पर 1 करोड़ 12 लाख किसानों का डेटाबेस उपलब्ध है। जमीनों के पंजीयन अनुसार इस डेटाबेस की मरम्मत की प्रक्रिया राज्य में चल रही है। यह डेटाबेस अन्य योजनाओं के कार्यान्वयन के लिए उपयोगी होगा। ऐसा विश्वास भी मुख्यमंत्री ने इस अवसर पर व्यक्त किया। ‌

Emphasis on Organic Farming To Curb Farmer Suicides:

            Mumbai, October 6, 2022: Maharashtra Chief Minister Eknath Shinde today said that the 'Dr. Punjabrao Deshmukh Organic Farming Mission' has been established with the aim of preventing farmer suicides and to promote organic farming in the state. Chief Minister Shri Shinde assured that he will try to make organic farming a people's movement while speaking at a workshop on National Natural Farming and Digital Farming.

            The Maharashtra Chief Minister had participated in the national workshop held in New Delhi via and online interaction. Union Home Minister Amit Shah, Union Agriculture Minister Narendra Singh Tomar, Union Chemicals and Fertilizers Minister Mansukh Mandaviya and Chief Ministers of several other states of India were also present on the occasion.

10 lakh hectare area under organic farming in the state

            Chief Minister Shri. Shinde said that around 5.27 lakh hectares of certified organic farming was practiced in the state of Maharashtra. Ten lakh hectare area of the state, including in the tribal areas, is under natural farming where organic farming is being promoted under the Union Government’s Agricultural Development Scheme as well as the Indian Natural Farming System Scheme. “Efforts are currently underway in the state for a science-based organic farming culture to be established in order to reduce the use of chemicals and fertilizers in agriculture. The state government is appealing to farmers to increase the use of natural farming methods for soil conservation without chemical fertilizers and drugs. This will also lead to lower costs and more profitable farming. Small farmers will benefit from it in a big way,” Shri. Shinde said.

To start Masters Trainer Program for Organic Farming and Digital Farming

            Over 61,000 farmers from 1628 farmer groups have been imparted training in the state. Chief Minister Shri Shinde said that an independent certification body of the state government was being established to certify natural and organic farming at a nominal cost for the farmers. Dr. Panjabrao Deshmukh Organic Farming Campaign has been established in Maharashtra and through that, emphasis is being placed on organic farming in the areas of the state where higher farmer mortalities due to suicides have been registered, Chief Minister Shri. Shinde said.

            The Hinduriday Samrat Balasaheb Thackeray Smart Project and Magnet Project, with assistance of the Asian Development Bank, has been implemented to promote agribusiness and develop the value chain for agricultural products. The Chief Minister said that through these projects an emphasis is also being laid on natural farming.

Information on crops on more than one crore hectares in e-Crop Survey

            Efforts are being made for digital agriculture and the Chief Minister noted that digitization of land records, with information of 2, 20, 45, 901 farmers in the state was already completed under this initiative. He said that there is a facility of online application for modification, registration on the Farmers E-Haq system and there is a facility to know the current status of the application. Information on crops on more than one crore hectares has been obtained through the e-crop inspection initiative. The database of 1.12 crore farmers is available on the online portal of Pradhan Mantri Shetkari Bima Yojana. The chief minister also expressed his belief that the process of repairing this database according to land records is going on in the state and this database will be useful for the implementation of other schemes.
