Maharashtra to Focus on Policy-Driven Development in the Coming Period

Future-ready policies to be introduced in the next 2–3 months; announced at Advantage Vidarbha Conference 2026
Nagpur, Feb 7:In the coming period, Maharashtra will place strong emphasis on policy-driven development. While several policies have already been formulated, some have become outdated. Keeping in mind future needs, changes, and challenges, the state government will introduce future-ready policies across various sectors within the next two to three months, Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis announced today.
He was speaking at the inauguration of the International Business Conclave on the second day of the Advantage Vidarbha – MP Industrial Festival, organized by the Association for Industrial Development.
Union Minister Nitin Gadkari, Global India Business Forum Global President Jitendra Joshi, Association for Industrial Development President Ashish Kale, along with ambassadors, high commissioners, and business representatives from 22 countries, were present on the dais. Notably, three investment MoUs were signed during the conference.
