The Vrindavan Police Township constructed in Satara for police officers and personnel comprises 698 residential units. The township includes facilities such as residential buildings, a gymnasium, library, multipurpose hall, power house, and several other amenities. Commending the Maharashtra Police Housing Corporation for the excellent execution of the project, Chief Minister Fadnavis said that after assuming office as Chief Minister and Home Minister in 2014, he had resolved that police personnel must be provided with good-quality housing. For this purpose, the Police Housing Corporation was authorized, adequate funds were made available, and large-scale construction of housing projects was initiated across every district of Maharashtra.
