He recalled how in Britain women did not have voting rights at that time, yet 1916-founded pioneer institution by Maharshi Dhondo Keshav Karve provided higher education for women. This foresight has led to a new era of women’s empowerment and innovation in Maharashtra. The state government has formulated a policy to promote new entrepreneurs. He asserted that the government and universities have a role in giving wings to youthful dreams and are supporting new entrepreneurs at every step
