            मुंबई दि, 26: जलयुक्त शिवार को जन अभियान बनाकर इसे मिशन मोड पर चलाया जाएगा, यह मुख्यमंत्री एकनाथ शिंदे ने कहा. राज्य में जलयुक्त शिवार के दुसरे चरण को गति देने के लिए राज्य सरकार की ओर से आज व्यक्ति विकास केंद्र-आर्ट ऑफ लिव्हिंग संस्था के साथ सामंजस्य करार किया गया, इस अवसर पर मुख्यमंत्री बोल रहे थे. हॉटेल ताज में हुए इस कार्यक्रम में उपमुख्यमंत्री देवेंद्र फडणवीस,  श्री श्री रविशंकर उपस्थित थे. इस अवसर पर राज्य में प्राकृतिक खेती करने के संदर्भ में व्यक्ति विकास केंद्र के साथ कृषि विभाग ने भी सामंजस्य करार किया. 

24 जिलों में काम किया जाएगा 

            जलयुक्त शिवार- 2 में गादमुक्त तालाब -गादयुक्त शिवार के कामों के लिए मृद व जलसंधारण विभाग की ओर से सामंजस्य करार पर सचिव सुनील चव्हाण और व्यक्ति विकास केंद्र-आर्ट ऑफ लिव्हिंग संस्था केंद्र के अध्यक्ष प्रसन्न प्रभू ने हस्ताक्षर किये. इस करार के द्वारा राज्य के नागपुर, वर्धा,  चंद्रपुर,  अमरावती,  अकोला,  बुलढाणा, यवतमाळ, वाशिम,  सांगली, सातारा, कोल्हापुर, सोलापुर, पुणे, अहमदनगर, लातूर, बीड, जालना, छत्रपति संभाजीनगर, नंदुरबार, धुलियां, नाशिक, 

जलगांव,  ठाणे, पालघर ऐसे 24 जिलों के 86 तहसीलों में जलयुक्त शिवार की गाद निकालने की और जल स्त्रोतों का गहराई बढ़ाने, नदियों का चौड़ाईकरण, सीमेंट के बांध का निर्माण और खेत तालाबों के कामों को किया जाएगा. इसके लिए तीन साल की अवधि होगी. कृषि विभाग से हुए इस करार के अनुसार राज्य में व्यक्ति विकास केंद्र यह सेंद्रिय और प्राकृतिक खेती करना, मानव संसाधन विकास, किसानों को प्रशिक्षण,  वर्तमान रसायने और खादों पर आधारित पारंपरिक खेती प्राकृतिक खेती में बदलना इन कामों को कृषि विभाग से समन्वय से किया जाएगा.  

अच्छी योजनाओं के लिए गुरूदेव का आशीर्वाद 

             इस दौरान मुख्यमंत्री एकनाथ शिंदे ने कहा कि हम हमेशा कहते है ‘जल हे तो कल है’. लेकिन इस जल को सुरक्षित करने के लिए भी प्रयास किये जाने चाहिए. ग्लोबल वॉर्मिग की वजह  से आज पर्यावरण की अनेक समस्याएं निर्माण हो रही है, उस पर हल निकलने की जरुरत है. देवेंद्र फडणवीस मुख्यमंत्री रहते जलयुक्त शिवार के पहले चरण में अच्छी सफलता मिली है. आज यह सामंजस्य करार कर जलयुक्त शिवार के कामों को प्राकृतिक और सेंद्रिय खेती का साथ दे सकें, जो की, बड़ी बात है.  मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि मिशन मोड पर हम जलयुक्त शिवार- 2 चरण लागू की जाएगी. जलयुक्त शिवार यह जन अभियान बना इस बात का उदाहरण भी मुख्यमंत्री ने इस दौरान दिया. उन्होंने बताया कि जालना जिले में वाटुर में मैं गया था, तब जलयुक्त शिवार से हुआ परिवर्तन देखा. श्री श्री रविशंकर यह अच्छे कामों के साथ हमेशा रहते है. यह हमारा सौभाग्य है कि उनका आशीर्वाद हमें मिल रहा है. 

तालाबों का अभी गाद निकाला जाएगा 

            मुख्यमंत्री ने आगे कहा कि इस साल बारिश भी कम हुई है, इसलिए बहुत ही सही समय पर यह जलयुक्त  शिवार का करार हो रहा है.  तालाबों में बड़े पैमाने पर गाद जमा हुआ है,  ऐसे में वहां पर भण्डारण क्षमता बढ़ाने को लेकर भी सरकार काम कर रही है.  कैंसर जैसी बीमारियाँ भी बढ़ रही है, उसके लिए हमें सेंद्रिय और प्राकृतिक खेती की ओर रुझान करना जरुरी होने की बात मुख्यमंत्री ने कही.   

देश में जलयुक्त शिवार की सफलता - उपमुख्यमंत्री देवेंद्र फडणवीस

            इस अवसर पर उपमुख्यमंत्री देवेंद्र फडणवीस ने कहा कि जलयुक्त शिवार के पहले चरण में महाराष्ट्र के 22 हजार गाँवो में बड़ा काम हुआ है. केंद्र 2020 में जो रिपोर्ट दी है, उसमें महाराष्ट्र का वॉटर टेबल अन्य राज्यों की तुलना में ऊपर आ गया है, ऐसे नमूद किया है. इसमें आर्ट ऑफ लिव्हिंग की बड़ी भागीदारी है. उपमुख्यमंत्री फडणवीस ने बताया कि जलयुक्त शिवार का दूसरा चरण और विषमुक्त खेती कार्यक्रम यह दोनों कार्यक्रम चलाकर किसानों के जीवन में हम परिवर्तन लायेंगे.   

महाराष्ट्र की भूमि अध्यात्मिक विचारों की भूमि है

             इस कार्यक्रम में  श्री श्री रविशंकर ने कहा कि पिछले साल 1 हजार किसान महाराष्ट्र से बैंगलोर में आये थे. वें वहां स्वयं के खर्च से आये थे, उनकी आय बढ़ी थी,  वें धन्यवाद देने के लिए आये थे. योजना को राजाश्रय मिलकर लोगों का सहभाग मिला और उसी से जलयुक्त शिवार योजना सफल हुई.  प्रधानमंत्री मोदी ने स्वच्छ भारत का अभियान शुरू किया और एक इतिहास रचा यह उदाहरण है. इस भूमि में विषारी घटक मिलाकर उसे हम निष्प्रभ कर रहे है. इसलिए प्राकृतिक खेती की जरुरत है. महाराष्ट्र की भूमि यह अध्यात्म के विचारों की भूमि है.

Memorandum of Understanding signed with Art of Living for Jalyukt Shivar and organic farming

 

      Mumbai, November 26:- The Jalyukt Shivar will be converted to People’s  Movement and will be implemented in the state on ‘Mission Mode’ asserted Chief Minister Mr Eknath Shinde. He was speaking after the state government had signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Vyakti Vikas Kendra- Art of Living for accelerating the second phase of Jalyukt Shivar in the state. Deputy Chief Minister Mr Devendra Fadnavis, Sri Sri Ravi Shankar were also present during the program held at hotel Taj. The agriculture department of the state also entered in a MoU the Vyakti Vikas Kendra for encouraging organic farming in the state.

      The Memorandum of Understanding related to Jalyukt Shivar Phase -2 for de-silting of dam and silt- free Shivar work, the agreement was signed by secretary of soil and water conservation department Sunil Chauhan and Prasanna Prabhu- president of Vyakti Vikas Kendra- Art of Living Institute.

      The Memorandum of Understanding related to Jalyukt Shivar Phase -2 for de-silting of dam and silt- free Shivar work, the agreement was signed by secretary of soil and water conservation department Sunil Chauhan and Prasanna Prabhu- president of Vyakti Vikas Kendra- Art of Living Institute.

      Under this agreement, the de-silting, deepening of water resources, broadening of rivers, construction of cement dams and water ponds will be carried on in 86 taluka's of 24 districts including Nagpur, Wardha, Chandrapur, Amravati, Akola, Buldhana, Yavatmal, Washim, Sangli, Satara, Kolhapur, Solapur, Pune, Ahmednagar, Latur, Beed, Jalna, Chhatrapati Sambhaji Nagar, Nandurbar, Dhule, Nashik, Jalgaon, Thane and Palghar.

 

      Under the MoU by the agriculture department, the Vyakti Vikas Kendra will take all out efforts for organic and natural farming, human resource development, training related to agriculture, conversion of present farming based on chemicals to natural farming and other like crusades in coordination with the Agriculture Department.

 

Blessings of Gurudev for good schemes

      Speaking further Chief Minister Mr Eknath Shinde said that we always say 'Jal hai to Kal hai' but we have to preserve the water for tomorrow. There are many environmental problems because of the global warming and it is extremely necessary to find a way out from this global problem. The chief minister further said that Mr Devendra Fadnavis was chief minister, the first phase of Jalyukt Shivar was successfully implemented in the state and today with the signing of memorandum of understanding, the work of Jalyukt Shivar will be accelerated and it will be connected with natural and organic farming and it is indeed a major decision taken by the government. He also said that the Jalyukt Shivar will be implemented on Mission mode in the state. He said that there are examples showing that the Jalyukt Shivar had become the movement of the people. He also said that when he visited the Vattur village in Jalna district, he has seen the important positive changes brought in the entire region because of the Jalyukt Shivar. He saidd that Sri Sri Ravi Shankar is always blessing us and we are lucky to be blessed by Gurudev.

 

De silting of dams will be emphasized

      Chief Minister Mr Eknath Shinde said that this year the rainfall was very scanty and this is the right time to start the Jalyukt Shivar on Mission mode. He said that the silt had deposited in the dam on large scale and in order to increase the storing capacity of the dams, the government is continuously taking efforts. He also said that the killer disease like cancer is increasing rapidly and in order to curb it, it is essential to shift towards organic and natural farming from the present chemical based agriculture.

 

Jalyukt Shivar was successful in the nation

Deputy Chief Minister Mr Devendra Fadnavis

      Speaking on the occasion Deputy Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis said that the first phase of Jalyukt Shivar was successful and the work was carried on in 22 thousand villages across Maharashtra. He said that the union government in its report in the year 2020 had said that the water table of Maharashtra is better as compared to all the other states of the nation. He said that, in fact the Art of Living had a lions share in this success. He said that poison free farming program will be implemented with the intention of transforming the lives of the farmers of the state and it will definitely a successful mission.

 

Maharashtra is a land of spiritual thoughts -Sri Sri Ravi Shankar

      Addressing the gathering Sri Sri Ravi Shankar said that last year 1000 farmers from Maharashtra visited Bangalore on their own expenses because they have earned more and there income has increased a lot. He said that these farmers visited for giving thanks. He said that the scheme got all the required support from the government and participation of people had made the Jalyukt Shivar scheme successful. He also said that the 'Swachh Bharat' movement implemented by Prime Minister Narendra Modi had created a history and set an example. He further said that we are destroying our soil by putting hazardous content in it so it is extremely essential to move towards natural and organic farming. Gurudev also said that the land of Maharashtra teaches spirituality.
