Changes in the Nagpur–Chandrapur Expressway After Revised Alignment

Changes in the Nagpur–Chandrapur Expressway After Revised Alignment

A 192-km stretch of the expressway will be constructed from the Seldoah Interchange on the Hinduhridaysamrat Balasaheb Thackeray Maharashtra Samruddhi Mahamarg to Navegaon (Mor) on the Durga–Hyderabad Highway. In addition, the previously planned 11-km Chandrapur connector road has been retained. Thus, approval has been granted for the revised alignment covering a total length of 204 km.

The revised alignment will also help save 27 hectares of forest land from acquisition.
