मानव और वन्यजीव संघर्ष कम करने के उपाययोजनाओं का मुख्यमंत्री ने लिया जायजा

वनक्षेत्रों के समीप के गांवों के किसानों के लिए सोलर बाड़ योजना की मार्गदर्शक सूचना जारी करें - मुख्यमंत्री उद्धव ठाकरे

 

मुंबई : वन्यजीवों के कारण किसानों की फसलों का नुकसान टालने के लिए डॉ. श्यामाप्रसाद मुखर्जी जन वन विकास योजना के अंतर्गत ऐसी घटनाएं जिन स्थानों पर अधिक पैमाने में घट रही है, ऐसे संवेदनशील गांवों में किसानों को मध्ये व्यक्तिगत सोलर बाड़ का लाभ दिलाने के लिए मार्गदर्शक सूचना जल्द से जल्द जारी करें, ऐसी सूचना मुख्यमंत्री उद्धव ठाकरे ने दी है. इसके लिए लगनेवाले अतिरिक्त निधि के प्रस्ताव को भी उन्होंने मंजूरी दी है.

चंद्रपूर जिले में मानव वन्यजीव संघर्ष कम करने के लिए की जानेवाली उपाययोजनाओं का मुख्यमंत्री ने आज जायजा लिया. 

चंद्रपूर जिले में बाघों की संख्या बढ़ रही है. इससे निर्माण होनेवाले मानव - वन्यजीव संघर्ष पर उपाययोजना सुझाने के लिए समिति का गठन किया गया है. इस समिति द्वारा इस संदर्भ में अपनी नीति तय की जाए, ऐसी सूचना भी मुख्यमंत्री श्री ठाकरे ने दी.

डॉ. श्यामाप्रसाद मुखर्जी जन वन विकास योजना के अंतर्गत वर्तमान में इस योजना में 939 गांवों का समावेश किया गया है. साथ ही इस योजना में और कुछ गांवों का समावेश किया जाए साथ ही स्थानिक नागरिकों के लिए उपयोगी और क्या उपाय किए जा सकते है, इसपर विचार किया जाए ऐसा मुख्यमंत्री ठाकरे ने कहा. मुख्यमंत्री ने आगे कहा कि,  जिन गांवों के पास बाघों का संचार नियमित है ऐसे खेत जमीन पर बांबू की खेती, फल खेती, चारा आदि किया जा सकता है, जिसके माध्यम से किसानों को आय प्राप्त हो सकेगी. इस दृष्टि से भी विचार करें, ऐसी सूचना भी मुख्यमंत्री ने दी.

सोलर बोअरवेल

डॉ. श्यामाप्रसाद मुखर्जी जन वन विकास योजना में जंगल के समीप स्थित 5 गावों में प्रायोगिक स्तर पर जंगल सीमा पर लोहे की जाली का बाड़ बनाया जाए, ऐसे निर्देश भी मुख्यमंत्री ने इस समय दिए. उन्होंने  चंद्रपूर जिले में 218 स्थानों पर सोलर बोरवेल तैयार कर उसपर छोटे तालाब निर्माण करने की सूचना की, जिससे की वन्यजीवों के पीने के पानी के प्रश्न पर हल निकल सकेगा.  इसके लिए लगनेवाला 6 करोड़ रुपयों का खर्च  कॅम्पा निधि से किया जाए, ऐसा भी उन्होंने बताया. जिले में छह स्थानों पर जंगल सफारी शुरू की गई है फिर भी प्राकृतिक पर्यटन को ध्यान में रखकर और पर्यटन स्थानों का शोध लिया जाए, ऐसा भी उन्होंने कहा.

मदद एवं पुनर्वसन मंत्री विजय वडेट्टीवार ने चंद्रपूर जिले में बढ़ती बाघों की संख्या और इससे हो रहे मानव  वन्यजीव संघर्ष की जानकारी इस समय दी. उन्होंने इस समय  इस संबंध में विभिन्न उपाययोजनाओं की जानकारी दी. उन्होंने कहा कि,  डॉ. श्यामाप्रसाद मुखर्जी जन वन विकास योजना कि व्याप्ती बढाकर उसमें और कुछ गांवों का समावेश किया जाए.

Chief Minister reviews measures to reduce human -wildlife conflict
Issue guidelines on solar fencing scheme for farmers in villages adjoining forest areas- Mr Uddhav Thackeray
Mumbai, September 23:- ‘In order to avert the possible loss of crops by the wild animals, guidelines for benefit of personal solar fencing should be issued for the farmers in the sensitive villages where more incidences of destroying of crops are reported’, this instructions were given by chief minister Mr Uddhav Thackeray. He also approved the proposal for additional funds for the cause.
Mr Thackeray today took the stock of the measures for lessening the conflict between man and wildlife in the Chandrapur district. Notably, a committee has been established for suggesting the measures to minimize the human -wildlife conflict following the rise in number of tigers in Chandrapur district. The chief minister asked the committee to finalize its policy as early as possible.
As of today, 939 villages are included under the Dr Shyam Prasad Mukherjee Jan Van Vikas scheme. The chief minister asked to chalk out the possibility of including more villages under this scheme. He also directed to consider the possibilities of adding other factors to the scheme that can be beneficial for the local farmers. He further said that farming is not possible in the villages where tigers are frequently found roaming. Mr Thackeray suggested that in such farmlands, the bamboo, fruit and fodder can be sowed as it would help the farmers get some income. He asked the local administration to consider this issue.
Solar bore wells
He said that under the Dr Shyam Prasad Mukherjee Jan Van Vikas scheme, iron net fencing should be erected on the forest borders in five sensitive villages adjoining the forest region.
The Chief Minister directed to construct 218 bore wells in Chandrapur district and dug pits for accumulation of water which can help in overcoming the drinking water problem for the wild animals. He also said that the expenditure of six crore rupees required for the cause should be given from the Compensatory Afforestation Fund Act (CAMPA).
Chief Minister Mr Thackeray further said that though the Jungle Safari has been started at six different places in the district, there is more scope for nature tourism. He said that considering this, more spots should be identified.
Relief and rehabilitation minister Vijay Wadettiwar said that the number of tigers in Chandrapur district is increasing and as a result, the conflict between human and wildlife is witnessed. He also gave information of various measures to cope with this problem and said that the scope of Dr Shyama Prasad Mukherjee Jan Van Vikas Yojana should be extended and other villages should also be included in it.
