भारतीय राष्ट्रीय महासागर माहिती सेवा केंद्र (INCOIS) तर्फे मुंबई शहर, मुंबई उपनगर, ठाणे, रत्नागिरी या जिल्ह्यांना दि.१८ ऑगस्ट २०२५ रात्रौ ११.३० ते दि. २० ऑगस्ट २०२५  रात्रौ ८.३० पर्यंत ३.५ ते ४.३ मीटर तसेच पालघर, रायगड आणि सिंधुदुर्ग या जिल्ह्यांना दि. १९ ऑगस्ट २०२५  ८.३० ते दि. २० ऑगस्ट २०२५  रात्रौ ८.३० २०  पर्यंत ३.५ ते ४.२ मीटर उंच लाटांचा इशारा देण्यात आला आहे. या कालावधीत  समुद्राची स्थिती खवळलेली व ताशी ५०-६० किमी वेगाने वारे वाहण्याची शक्यता असल्याने मच्छिमारांना समुद्रात न जाण्याच्या सूचना देण्यात आल्या आहेत. समुद्राची धूप आणि उंच लाटांचे तडाखे समुद्र किनारी येण्याचा इशारा देण्यात आला आहे. सर्व जिल्हा प्रशासनाला सतर्क राहण्याच्या सूचना देण्यात आल्या आहेत.

भारतीय हवामान खात्याकडून दि. १७ ते दि. २१ दरम्यान अतिवृष्टीचा इशारा देण्यात आला असून याबाबत नागरिकांना सतर्क करण्यात आले आहे. तसेच अधिकच्या अतिवृष्टी इशाऱ्यामुळे भूस्खलनाच्याचाबत सर्व आवश्यक कार्यवाहीसाठी जिल्हा प्रशासनाला कळविण्यात आले असल्याचे राज्य आपत्कालीन कार्य केंद्राकडून कळविण्यात आले आहे.

मुंबई, दि. १८ :-  राज्यात पुढील २४ तासासाठी मुंबई, रायगड, रत्नागिरी या जिल्ह्यांसह पुणे घाट, सातारा घाट आणि कोल्हापूर घाट या भागात रेड अलर्ट देण्यात आला आहे. तर पालघर, ठाणे, सिंधुदुर्ग, जळगाव, छत्रपती संभाजीनगर, जालना, बीड, लातूर, अमरावती, चंद्रपूर आणि गडचिरोली या भागात ऑरेंज अलर्ट देण्यात आला आहे. आपत्तीच्या अनुषंगाने जिल्हा प्रशासनाला सतर्क राहण्याच्या सूचना देण्यात आल्या असल्याचे राज्य आपत्कालीन कार्य केंद्राकडून कळविण्यात आले आहे.

Guardian Minister Gore said housing projects have enhanced the prestige of Solapur and brought happiness to common citizens. With these two projects, 1,348 families will get affordable housing with all basic facilities. Earlier, a 15,000-house project was completed. In the last 10 years, 10.26 lakh houses were provided under PMAY in the state, and in the last six months, 30 lakh houses were sanctioned for the needy.

 

He added that the government is committed to Solapur’s development: the parallel water pipeline has solved the water problem; land for the water purification plant is resolved; and a ₹872 crore plan has been prepared for city water distribution. Solapur–Goa air service has started, and flights to Mumbai and Pune are expected soon. The city will be made clean and beautiful under the “My Solapur, Beautiful Solapur” campaign.

Speaking at the cheque distribution program of the Annasaheb Patil Economic Development Corporation, the Chief Minister said: the Corporation has supported 2,500 people with loans, helping them become self-reliant entrepreneurs. So far, 1.52 lakh entrepreneurs have been created with financial assistance of nearly ₹13,000 crore, generating employment for others.

 The aim is to make Maharashtra the first slum-free state. Along with Central subsidies, the State Government will provide ₹50,000 per house and install solar energy for free electricity. With such affordable and quality homes, the “Solapur Pattern” has set an example in the housing sector, even surpassing private developers. Solapur has shown Maharashtra the way forward in delivering affordable, quality homes for the needy, said Mr. Fadnavis.

Maharashtra has achieved the fastest pace in implementing rural housing, with work started on over 20 lakh houses. Within the next two years, 30 lakh families will have their own homes. Citizens left out in the 2018 list are now allowed fresh registration, enabling them too to get homes under the scheme.
