Parli Vaijnath (Feb 14): “Our mother and our soil are our true devotion. Just as we bow to Nandi before seeking the blessings of Lord Shiva, we are placing livestock at the center to strengthen the rural economy. With the integration of technology, this sector will position Maharashtra as a global leader in milk production,” expressed Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis.

He was speaking after visiting the three-day Maha Pashudhan Expo 2026, organized by the Animal Husbandry Department at Ople Ground on the Ambajogai Road in Parli.Among those present were Animal Husbandry Minister Pankaja Munde, MLA Dhananjay Munde, MLA Ratnakar Gutte, Secretary (Animal Husbandry) Dr. Ramaswami N., Commissioner Dr. Praveenkumar Deore, Divisional Commissioner Jitendra Papalkar, District Collector Vivek Johnson, Vice-Chancellor of Maharashtra Animal & Fishery Sciences University Dr. Nitin Patil, and several senior officials and livestock farmers.
