The “Find Wireline Internet Service Providers (ISPs)” service helps citizens easily identify licensed ISPs in their locality.

The “Trusted Contact Details” feature enables users to verify the authenticity of websites, email IDs, or contact numbers, protecting them from online fraud.

Under this initiative, more than 2.35 crore SIM-related cases have been successfully resolved, 40 lakh mobile handsets blocked (of which 25 lakh have been traced), and action has been taken against over 39 lakh suspicious telecom resources.

To increase public awareness, the Department of Telecommunications is conducting wide-reaching publicity and awareness campaigns.

With the mobile app version now available, these services have become even more convenient and accessible for the general public.
