Key Services on the Portal and App
The Sanchar Saathi portal offers the following important services:
- Know Your Mobile Connections – to check the number of mobile connections registered under a person’s name.
- Block Your Lost/Stolen Mobile – to block the IMEI of a lost or stolen mobile handset.
- Verify IMEI – to verify the authenticity of a device and its IMEI number.
These services strengthen mobile identity management and enhance user safety.
In addition, through a special feature named “Chakshu”, citizens can report suspicious calls, SMS, or WhatsApp messages, thereby helping prevent fraud, cybercrime, fake identities, and unsolicited commercial communications.
