             मुंबई, दि. ६ : मुंबई उपनगर जिल्ह्यात दिव्यांग क्षेत्रात अनेक संस्था विना नोंदणी कार्य करीत असल्याचे निदर्शनास आले आहे. दिव्यांग व्यक्तींच्या हक्कांचे संरक्षण व कल्याणकारी योजनांची प्रभावी अंमलबजावणी करण्यासाठी अशा संस्थांची कायद्यानुसार नोंदणी करणे बंधनकारक आहे. त्यामुळे मुंबई उपनगर जिल्ह्यात दिव्यांग क्षेत्रात कार्य करणाऱ्या सर्व संस्थांनी ३१ जानेवारी २०२६ पर्यंत नोंदणी करावी असे आवाहन जिल्हा दिव्यांग सक्षमीकरण अधिकारी, मुंबई उपनगर रविकिरण पाटील यांनी केले आहे.

 

              दिव्यांग विभागाचे सचिव तुकाराम मुंढे यांच्या अध्यक्षतेखाली ७ नोव्हेंबर २०२५ रोजी राज्यातील सर्व जिल्हाधिकाऱ्यांची बैठक झाली. या बैठकीत दिव्यांग क्षेत्रात कार्य करणाऱ्या संस्थांची नोंदणी अनिवार्य करण्याचे निर्देश देण्यात आले आहेत. दिव्यांग व्यक्ती हक्क अधिनियम २०१६ नुसार दिव्यांग कल्याण आयुक्तांना सक्षम अधिकारी घोषित करण्यात आले असून, त्यांच्यामार्फत संस्थांना नोंदणी प्रमाणपत्र प्रदान करण्यात येते.

नवी दिल्ली, दि.६ : इराणमध्ये गेल्या काही दिवसांपासून सुरु असलेल्या  संघर्षामुळे  परिस्थिती अधिकच तणावपूर्ण बनली आहे. या पार्श्वभूमीवर भारत सरकारने सध्या इराणमध्ये असलेल्या आणि तिकडे प्रवासास जाण्याचा विचार करणाऱ्या भारतीय नागरिकांसाठी अधिकृत  प्रवास मार्गदर्शक सूचना (ट्रॅव्हल ॲडव्हायजरी) जारी केल्या आहेत.

परराष्ट्र मंत्रालयाने दिलेल्या माहितीनुसार, इराणमधील सद्यस्थिती पाहता भारतीय नागरिकांनी पुढील सूचना मिळेपर्यंत इराणचा कोणताही बिगर-जरुरी प्रवास टाळावा. जे भारतीय नागरिक कामानिमित्त किंवा शिक्षणासाठी सध्या इराणमध्ये वास्तव्य करत आहेत, त्यांनी अत्यंत सावधगिरी बाळगण्याचे आवाहन करण्यात आले आहे. विशेषतः ज्या भागात हिंसक आंदोलने किंवा मोठी गर्दी जमली आहे, अशा ठिकाणांपासून भारतीयांनी लांब राहावे, असे स्पष्ट निर्देश देण्यात आले आहेत.

भारत सरकारने इराणमधील भारतीयांना स्थानिक बातम्या आणि घडामोडींवर सतत लक्ष ठेवण्यास सांगितले आहे. तसेच, तेहरानमधील भारतीय दूतावासाच्या अधिकृत वेबसाइट आणि सोशल मीडिया खात्यांच्या संपर्कात राहून वेळोवेळी जारी होणाऱ्या सूचनांचे पालन करण्यास सांगण्यात आले आहे. जे भारतीय नागरिक निवासी व्हिसावर तिथे राहत आहेत आणि ज्यांनी अद्याप दूतावासाकडे आपली नोंदणी केलेली नाही, त्यांनी तातडीने आपली माहिती नोंदवावी, जेणेकरून आपत्कालीन परिस्थितीत त्यांच्यापर्यंत मदत पोहोचवणे सोपे होईल.

इराणमध्ये गेल्या आठवडाभरात सरकारविरोधी आंदोलन सुरु असून, आंदोलक आणि सुरक्षा दलांमधील चकमकी वाढल्या आहेत. या अनिश्चिततेच्या वातावरणामुळे भारतीय नागरिकांची सुरक्षा सुनिश्चित करण्यासाठी केंद्र सरकारने हे महत्त्वपूर्ण पाऊल उचलले आहे.

 The National Youth Festival for the year 2025–26 will be held in New Delhi from January 9, 2026. Under the Viksit Bharat Young Leaders Dialogue, online competitions were conducted in three stages—Stage I: Viksit Bharat Quiz,Stage II: Essay Writing Competition,Stage III: Viksit Bharat PPT Challenge.

Through these competitions, 45 youths were selected from the state. In addition, 28 artists were selected from the cultural category under district-, divisional- and state-level youth festivals, while five participants were selected through the Design for Bharat and Hack for Social Cause competitions. A total contingent of 85 members, including selected youths and accompanying officials, departed from Mumbai today for New Delhi to participate in the national competition

 The Governor further said that India is making progress across all sectors. Through startups and the Atmanirbhar Bharat initiative, the country is advancing rapidly on the global stage. India has become the world’s fourth-largest economy and is steadily moving towards the third position. The benefits of development are reaching the grassroots level. Emphasising that youth possess the potential to make India self-reliant, prosperous and powerful, he urged them not to be disheartened by failures, but to contribute to nation-building through hard work, perseverance and positive thinking.

 India is a nation of youth, Governor Acharya Devvrat said, expressing confidence that young people can accelerate the country’s development. He underlined that India’s progress is not limited to economic or material advancement alone, but also includes the preservation of culture, civilisation, traditions and moral values. India’s identity is rooted in the philosophy of Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam—the world as one family—and the country has spread the message of humanity across the globe through its saints and spiritual leaders, he added.

Addressing the youth,

 Addressing the youth, the Governor said the initiative is being implemented in line with the vision of Prime Minister Narendra Modi. The National Youth Festival, held annually on the birth anniversary of Swami Vivekananda, has been given a new format, with competitive examinations conducted for students across all states. Through this process, 3,000 meritorious youths will get the opportunity to interact directly with the Prime Minister during the festival. The Governor lauded the selected youths for their hard work, perseverance and merit, stating that their selection is a recognition of their role in building a developed nation.

वर्ष 2025–26 के राष्ट्रीय युवा महोत्सव का आयोजन

 वर्ष 2025–26 के राष्ट्रीय युवा महोत्सव का आयोजन दिल्ली में 9 जनवरी 2026 से किया गया है। विकसित भारत यंग लीडर्स डायलॉग के अंतर्गत ऑनलाइन प्रतियोगिताएं आयोजित की गईं—

प्रथम चरण: विकसित भारत क्विज,

द्वितीय चरण: निबंध लेखन प्रतियोगिता,

तृतीय चरण: विकसित भारत पीपीटी चैलेंज।

 

इन प्रतियोगिताओं के माध्यम से राज्य से 45 युवाओं का चयन किया गया है। इसके अतिरिक्त, जिला, विभाग और राज्य स्तरीय युवा महोत्सव के अंतर्गत सांस्कृतिक विभाग से 28 कलाकारों तथा डिज़ाइन फॉर भारत और हैक फॉर सोशल कॉज़ प्रतियोगिताओं से 5 प्रतिभागियों का चयन किया गया है। राज्य से चयनित युवाओं तथा उनके साथ अधिकारियों सहित कुल 85 सदस्यों का दल मुंबई से दिल्ली में होने वाली राष्ट्रीय प्रतियोगिता के लिए रवाना हुआ।
