He stated that Dr. Ambedkar’s teaching career, spanning 90 years, is both significant and inspirational.

To commemorate this milestone, the Government Law College organized an inauguration of a memorial plaque celebrating 90 years since Dr. Ambedkar served as professor and principal. A felicitation ceremony for Chief Justice Gavai was also held.

Distinguished attendees included Chief Justice of the Bombay High Court Alok Aradhe, Justice Manish Pitale, Advocate General Birendra Saraf, and Principal Dr. Asmita Vaidya. A photo exhibition based on Dr. Ambedkar’s life and work was unveiled by dignitaries. The college honored Chief Justice Gavai with a citation, also recognizing contributions from various institutions and guests.

Chief Justice Gavai remarked, “Dr. Ambedkar was a scholar of great depth and versatility. Besides his multi-domain contributions, his teaching career remains deeply inspirational. While teaching at Government Law College, he also began championing justice for marginalized communities. His contributions were pivotal in the 1935 Government of India Act.”

He further noted that the college, enriched by Dr. Ambedkar’s legacy, has produced many eminent jurists. Its various committees’ exemplary work was also praised.

Gavai added, “It is a matter of pride that Dr. Ambedkar is honored at the institution where he taught, and I, as an alumnus, am equally proud.”

Principal Asmita Vaidya said the college has a luminous educational heritage and has produced renowned legal experts. Dr. Ambedkar began his teaching career here in 1935, instructing complex subjects like jurisprudence. To honor his legacy on the 90th anniversary of his teaching, the event was organized. The college also conducts various legal service programs, she noted.

 Bihar SIR being implemented smoothly on ground First visit of BLOs in nearly 1.5 crore households completed 87 per cent Enumeration Forms distributed

 

The first visit of the Booth Level Officers (BLOs) to nearly 1.5 crore households in the state has been completed today and over 87 per cent Enumeration Forms (i.e. 6,86,17,932) out of the total of 7,89,69,844 (nearly 7.90 crore) electors in Bihar who are enrolled as on June 24, 2025, have been distributed during the Special Intensive Revision (SIR) exercise being conducted in the state. The remaining houses could be locked, or of dead electors, or of migrants or of those who may be travelling. Since, the BLO shall be visiting three times to the houses of the electors during the exercise, these figures are likely to increase further.

The partially filled forms are also available for download on the ECI portal (https://voters.eci.gov.in) as well on ECINET App and the filled forms can be uploaded by the elector himself on ECINET App.

Besides, 1,54,977 Booth Level Agents (BLAs) appointed by various political parties are also providing active support in the SIR process. As on July 02, BJP has appointed 52,689 BLAs, followed by 47,504 of RJD, 34,669 of JD(U), 16,500 of INC, 1913 of Rashtriya Lok Jan Shakti Party, 1271 of CPI(ML)L, 1153 of Lok Jan Shakti Party (Ram Vilas), 578 of CPI(M), 270 of Rashtriya Lok Samta Party besides others such as BSP (74), NPP (3) and AAAP (1). Each BLA can submit up to 50 certified forms per day.

Nearly five percent filled-up and signed forms i.e. nearly 38 lakh forms have already been received by the BLOs who are working sincerely with the sole motto Inclusion First, which has been repeatedly emphasized upon by the Commission. As per SIR, in order to get one's name in the Draft Electoral Roll to be published on 1st August 2025, the strict condition for an elector is to sign and submit the pre-printed Enumeration Form before 25th July 2025. Simultaneous verification of the uploaded forms has also been started. Despite apprehensions by some quarters, SIR will ensure that all eligible persons will be included.

Based on the documents attached or not attached, with the signed Enumeration Form, eligibility verification of each name included in the draft rolls will be done continuously after their receipt. Verification will start vigorously from August 02, 2025 onwards after publication of Draft Electoral Rolls. On the basis of the published Draft of Electoral Rolls, Claims and Objections will be received from any political parties or any member of public 2nd August 2025 onwards.

The Final Electoral Rolls will be published on September 30, 2025. Appeals can also be filed thereafter with the DM and the CEO.

§  डॉ. बाबासाहेब आंबेडकर यांच्या अध्यापन कारकीर्दीस 90 वर्षे पूर्ण झाल्यानिमित्त शासकीय विधी महाविद्यालय येथे स्मृतिपटलाचे अनावरण

            मुंबई दि 5:- विविध विषयांचे अभ्यासक व तज्ञ असलेल्या डॉ. बाबासाहेब आंबेडकर यांचे व्यक्तिमत्त्व विधीज्ञ, अर्थतज्ञ, समाजशास्त्रज्ञ असे बहुआयामी होते. शिक्षण क्षेत्रातील बहुमोल योगदानाबरोबरच डॉ. बाबासाहेब आंबेडकर यांची अध्यापन कारकीर्दही मोलाची आणि प्रेरणादायी असल्याचे प्रतिपादन सरन्यायाधीश भूषण गवई यांनी केले.

शासकीय विधी महाविद्यालय येथे भारतरत्न डॉ. बाबासाहेब आंबेडकर यांच्या प्राध्यापक आणि प्राचार्य, कारकीर्दीला 90 वर्षे पूर्ण झाल्यानिमित्त स्मृतीपटलाचे अनावरण आणि सरन्यायाधीश न्यायमूर्ती भूषण आर. गवई यांच्या सत्कार समारंभाचे आयोजन करण्यात आले.

            यावेळी मुंबई उच्च न्यायालयाचे मुख्य न्यायमूर्ती आलोक आराधे, न्यायमूर्ती मनिष पितळे, महाधिवक्ता बिरेंद्र सराफ व प्राचार्या डॉ.अस्मिता वैद्य हे उपस्थित होते. यावेळी मान्यवरांच्या हस्ते डॉ. बाबासाहेब आंबेडकर यांच्या कार्यावर व जीवनावर आधारित चित्र प्रदर्शनाचे उद्घाटन करण्यात आले. शासकीय विधी महाविद्यालयाच्या वतीने मानपत्र देऊन सरन्यायाधीश भूषण गवई यांचा गौरव करण्यात आला. विविध संस्था तसेच मान्यवरांनीही यावेळी सरन्यायाधीश गवई यांचा गौरव केला.

सरन्यायाधीश भूषण गवई म्हणाले,डॉ. बाबासाहेब आंबेडकर यांचे व्यक्तिमत्व व्यासंगी व बहुआयामी होते. ते एक उत्कृष्ट शिक्षक असल्याने त्यांच्या विविध क्षेत्रातील योगदानाबरोबरच त्यांची अध्यापन कारकीर्दही प्रेरणादायी ठरली. शासकीय विधी महाविद्यालयात अध्यापनाचे कार्य करीत असतानाच डॉ बाबासाहेब आंबेडकर यांनी समाजातील दुर्बल घटकांवरील अन्यायाला वाचा फोडण्याचे कार्य सुरू केले. 1935 च्या गव्हर्मेंट ऑफ इंडिया या अॅक्टमध्ये डॉ बाबासाहेब आंबेडकर यांचे योगदान मोलाचे ठरले.

            शासकीय विधी महाविद्यालयाला देदीप्यमान शैक्षणिक वारसा लाभला असून अनेक विधीज्ञ या महाविद्यालयातून घडले. महाविद्यालयाच्या विविध समित्यांचे वैशिष्ट्यपूर्ण कार्यही अभिनंदनीय आणि अनुकरणीय असल्याचे गौरवोद्गार श्री गवई यांनी काढले.

डॉ. बाबासाहेब आंबेडकर यांनी ज्या महाविद्यालयात अध्यापनाचे कार्य केले त्या ठिकाणी गौरव होणे व शासकीय विधी महाविद्यालयाचा माजी विद्यार्थी असल्याचा सार्थ अभिमानाचे असल्याचेही श्री गवई यांनी नमूद केले.
            प्राचार्य अस्मिता वैद्य प्रास्ताविकात म्हणाल्या, शासकीय विधी महाविद्यालयाला देदीप्यमान शैक्षणिक वारसा लाभला असून अनेक नामवंत विधीज्ञ या महाविद्यालयाने घडविले. डॉ बाबासाहेब आंबेडकर यांनी या महाविद्यालयात प्राध्यापक म्हणून 1935 मध्ये अध्यापन कारकीर्दीस सुरुवात केली. न्यायशास्त्रासारख्या अत्यंत गहन विषयाचे अध्यापन डॉ आंबेडकर करीत असत. या महान कार्याला 90 वर्ष पूर्ण झाल्यानिमित्त               डॉ. बाबासाहेब आंबेडकर यांच्या गौरवार्थ या कार्यक्रमाचे आयोजन करण्यात आले. विधी सेवा क्षेत्रात महाविद्यालयाच्या वतीने विविध कार्यक्रमांचे आयोजन करण्यात येत असल्याचेही वैद्य यांनी सांगितले.

या कार्यक्रमास सर्वोच्च न्यायालयाचे माजी न्यायमूर्ती हेमंत गोखले, न्यायाधीश रेवती ढेरे, न्यायाधीश नीला गोखले, कुलगुरू डॉ. दिलीप उके, कुलगुरू डॉ हेमलता बागला, कुलगुरू डॉ अपूर्वा पालकर, कुलगुरू डॉ गोसावी, प्रधान सचिव सुवर्ण केवले, सिनियर कौन्सेल र‍फिक दादा,  बार कौन्सिल अध्यक्ष विठ्ठल कोंडे-देशमुख, प्रिन्सेस आशाराणी गायकवाड व मान्यवर उपस्थित होते.

पंढरपूर बाजार समिती ही उत्कृष्ट बाजार समिती आहे. केळीचे सर्वात मोठे निर्यात हब

 पणनमंत्री जयकुमार रावल म्हणाले, पंढरपूर बाजार समिती ही उत्कृष्ट बाजार समिती आहे. केळीचे सर्वात मोठे निर्यात हब सोलापूर जिल्हा बनले आहे. मनुके, द्राक्ष, डाळिंबाच्या क्षेत्रात प्रगती करणारा हा जिल्हा आहे. ड्रॅगन फ्रुटची लागवड करण्याचे धाडस तालुक्यात झाले आणि ते यशस्वीही करण्यात आले.

लवकरच ‘एडीबी’ची योजना राज्यात आणण्याचा प्रयत्न होणार आहे. यामध्ये मार्केट कमिटीची बळकटी करण्यासाठी योजना आणण्यासाठी प्रयत्न होणार आहेत. त्यात पंढरपूर कृषी उत्पन्न बाजार समितीला प्राधान्य देण्यात येईल, अशी ग्वाही त्यांनी दिली.

प्रशांत परिचारक यांनी प्रास्ताविक केले. ते म्हणाले, ही बाजार समिती एक अग्रेसर बाजार समिती आहे. ५५० कोटीच्यावर उलाढाल या बाजार समितीच्या माध्यमातून केली जाते. बेदाण्याचे मोठे मार्केट या बाजार समितीत आहे. चांगल्या प्रकारची शेती या भागातील शेतकरी करतात. मुख्यमंत्री यांनी पंढरपूर हे भविष्यकाळातील एक मोठे वैशिष्ट्यपूर्ण तीर्थक्षेत्र होण्यासाठी ध्यास घेतला आहे. प्रशासनाने आषाढी वारीचे अत्यंत चांगले नियोजन केले, असेही ते म्हणाले.

यावेळी पंढरपूर कृषी उत्पन्न बाजार समितीचे सभापती हरीश गायकवाड, उपसभापती राजू गावडे संचालक मंडळ आदी उपस्थित होते.

सुमारे २५० स्टॉलच्या माध्यमातून शेतीतील नवनवीन तंत्रज्ञान, पीएमएफएमई योजना, आत्मा, स्मार्ट प्रकल्प आदींची माहिती देण्यात येत असून या योजनांचा लाभ शेतकऱ्यांनी घ्यावा.

 कृषीमंत्री ॲड. माणिकराव कोकाटे म्हणाले, वारकरी आणि शेतकरी वारीच्या दोन बाजू आहेत. शेतीत येणाऱ्या तंत्रज्ञानाची वारीत सहभागी शेतकऱ्यांना माहिती देण्यासाठी चांगले प्रदर्शन भरविण्यात आले आहे.  शेती चांगली आणि सुरळीत करण्यासाठी राज्यशासन प्रयत्न करीत आहे. या प्रदर्शनात सुमारे २५० स्टॉलच्या माध्यमातून शेतीतील नवनवीन तंत्रज्ञान, पीएमएफएमई योजना, आत्मा, स्मार्ट प्रकल्प आदींची माहिती देण्यात येत असून या योजनांचा लाभ शेतकऱ्यांनी घ्यावा.

सोलापूर जिल्ह्यातील शेतकरी अत्यंत चांगली शेती करत आहेत. केळीची निर्यात मोठ्या प्रमाणात होते. माशीमुळे डाळिंब आणि इतर फळबागांचे नुकसान टाळण्यासाठी बॅगेज, ठिबक, मल्चिंग पेपर आदीं योजनांचा फलोत्पादसाठी  शेतकऱ्यांनी लाभ घ्यावा, असे आवाहनही त्यांनी केले.

राज्य आणि केंद्र सरकार मिळून शेतकरी स्वयंपूर्ण करण्यासाठी प्रयत्न करीत आहे. आपल्याला

‘एआय’ मध्ये मोठे काम करायचे आहे. त्यासाठी राज्य शासनाने कृषी मध्ये ५००, कोटींची तरतूद केली आहे, असेही ॲड. कोकाटे म्हणाले.

पणनमंत्री जयकुमार रावल म्हणाले, पंढरपूर बाजार समिती ही उत्कृष्ट बाजार समिती आहे. केळीचे सर्वात मोठे निर्यात हब सोलापूर जिल्हा बनले आहे. मनुके, द्राक्ष, डाळिंबाच्या क्षेत्रात प्रगती करणारा हा जिल्हा आहे. ड्रॅगन फ्रुटची लागवड करण्याचे धाडस तालुक्यात झाले आणि ते यशस्वीही करण्यात आले.

पंढरपूर, दि. ५: शेतकऱ्याला शेती फायद्याची व्हावी यासाठी उत्पादन खर्च कमी करून उत्पादकता वाढावी असा राज्य शासनाचा प्रयत्न आहे, असे प्रतिपादन मुख्यमंत्री देवेंद्र फडणवीस यांनी केले. आगामी काळात शेतीच्या सर्व फिडरचे सौरऊर्जिकरण करण्याचा निर्णय शासनाने घेतला असून या योजनेत महाराष्ट्रात सोलापूर जिल्हा प्रथम असल्याबद्दल मुख्यमंत्र्यांनी कौतुक केले.

पंढरपूर कृषी उत्पन्न बाजार समिती येथे आयोजित 'कृषी पंढरी' कृषी प्रदर्शनाच्या उद्घाटनप्रसंगी ते बोलत होते. यावेळी कृषीमंत्री ॲड. माणिकराव कोकाटे, सोलापूरचे पालकमंत्री जयकुमार गोरे, पणन मंत्री जयकुमार रावल, आमदार विजय देशमुख, आमदार रणजित सिंह मोहिते पाटील, गोपीचंद पडळकर, समाधान आवताडे, अभिजीत पाटील, माजी आमदार प्रशांत परिचारक, पुणे विभागीय आयुक्त डॉ. चंद्रकांत पुलकुंडवार, जिल्हाधिकारी कुमार आशीर्वाद, विभागीय कृषी सह संचालक दत्तात्रय गावसाने आदी उपस्थित होते.

उत्पादन खर्च कमी व्हावा आणि उत्पादकता वाढावी यासाठी राज्य शासन अनेक योजना राबवित आहे , असे सांगून मुख्यमंत्री देवेंद्र फडणवीस म्हणाले, नानाजी देशमुख कृषी संजीवनी योजनेत गाव हा घटक धरून जलसंधारण, जलनियोजन पासून शेतीच्या यांत्रिकीकरणापासून बाजारसाखळी तयार करण्यापर्यंत पिकाचे एकात्मिक व्यवस्थापन अशा सर्व बाबी गावात पूर्ण करून गावातला छोट्यातला छोट्या शेतकऱ्याला सर्व शासकीय योजनांचा लाभ होईल असा प्रयत्न करण्यात आला आहे. नुकतीच पिक विमा योजना सुधारित केली आहे.

 मुख्यमंत्री श्री.फडणवीस म्हणाले, शेतीच्या क्षेत्रात यावर्षीपासून येत्या ५ वर्षात दरवर्षी ५ हजार अशी २५ हजार कोटी रुपये गुंतवणूक करण्याचा निर्णय घेतला आहे. यामध्ये ठिबक संच, कृषी यांत्रिकीकरण, शेततळे, पंप आदी देण्यात येणार असून मोठ्या प्रमाणात गुंतवणूक करण्याचा निर्णय घेतला आहे. गतकाळात निर्णय घेतल्याप्रमाणे साडेसात अश्वशक्ती पर्यंतच्या कृषीपंपांचे वीजबिल आकारले जात नाही.

पांडुरंगाच्या दर्शनासाठी येणाऱ्या वारकरी शेतकऱ्यांना शेतीतील आधुनिक तंत्रज्ञान, योजनांची माहिती मिळावी यासाठी कृषी प्रदर्शन भरवावे अशी अपेक्षा सुधाकरपंत परिचारक यांनी २०१५ मध्ये व्यक्त केली होती. तेव्हापासून दरवर्षी हे प्रदर्शन भरविण्यात येत आहे. यामध्ये शासनाचे विविध विभाग, कृषी विद्यापीठे यांचे स्टॉल, विविध योजना, वेगवेगळ्या व्यावसायिकांनी आणि शेतकऱ्यांनी केलेल्या यशस्वी प्रयोगांचाही या प्रदर्शनात समवेश आहे. एकात्मिक कीड नियंत्रणासाठी कृत्रिम बुद्धिमत्ता अर्थात 'एआय'चा वापर, उत्पादकता वाढविण्यासाठीच्या वेगवेगळी प्रदर्शने या ठिकाणी पहायला मिळत आहे. सेंद्रिय खते, नैसर्गिक खते, वेगवेगळ्या खतांचे मिश्रणे, माती परीक्षण ते कापणीपर्यंत पर्यंतच्या तंत्रज्ञानाची झलक येथे पाहायला मिळते, असे मुख्यमंत्री फडणवीस म्हणाले.

शेतकऱ्यांना मोठ्या प्रमाणात पणनच्या योजनांचा लाभ बाजार समित्यांच्या माध्यमातून मिळत आहे. गावातील विकास सहकारी संस्थांचे बहुउद्देशीय संस्थात रूपांतरण करण्याचा केंद्र शासनाचा प्रयत्न असून १८ प्रकारचे व्यवसाय या संस्थाना करता येणार आहेत. बाजार आणि शेतकऱ्यांमध्ये दुवा ठरण्याचे काम या संस्था करतील. स्टोरेज, कोल्ड स्टोरेज आदी व्यवस्था करून शेतकऱ्यांचा माल योग्य भावात मोठ्या प्रमाणात माल विकला जाईल असा प्रयत्न असल्याचेही श्री. फडणवीस म्हणाले.

 पंढरपूर कृषी उत्पन्न बाजार समिती अत्यंत प्रगतिशील असून अत्यंत चांगले काम करत आहे. समितीने पणन विभागाच्या सर्व योजनांचा लाभ घेऊन शेतकऱ्यांपर्यंत पोहोचवावा, असे आवाहन मुख्यमंत्री श्री. फडणवीस यांनी केले.
