राज्य के स्वास्थ्य क्षेत्र के लिए देंगे दोगुनी धनराशि
राज्य भर में शुरू करेंगे 700 'बालासाहेब ठाकरे अपना दवाखाना'

मुंबई, दि.०३: राज्य की ग्रामीण स्वास्थ मशीनरी को सशक्त बनाने की हमारी सर्वोपरि प्राथमिकता है। स्वास्थ्य क्षेत्र को दोगुनी निधि दी जाएगी। ऐसा आश्वासन मुख्यमंत्री एकनाथ शिंदे ने एनडीटीवी समाचार चैनल के 'स्वस्थ बनेगा इंडिया' कार्यक्रम के दौरान दिया। राज्य के प्रत्येक जिले में मेडिकल कॉलेज शुरू करने, राज्य भर में लगभग 700 'बालासाहेब ठाकरे अपना दवाखाना' शुरू करना और बाल स्वास्थ्य पर विशेष ध्यान केंद्रित किया जाएगा ऐसा मुख्यमंत्री ने बताया। इस अवसर पर वरिष्ठ फिल्म अभिनेता अमिताभ बच्चन और वरिष्ठ पत्रकार प्रणव रॉय ने मुख्यमंत्री से संवाद साधा।
मुंबई में 227 स्थानों पर 'बालासाहेब ठाकरे हमारा दवाखाना'
इस दौरान मुख्यमंत्री श्री शिंदे ने कहा कि महाराष्ट्र के ग्रामीण अंचलों में स्वास्थ्य मशीनरी के जाल को सशक्त बनाने पर बल दिया जाएगा। राज्य में लगभग 700 स्थानों पर 'बालासाहेब ठाकरे अपना दवाखाना' शुरू किया जाएगा। मुंबई में 227 स्थानों पर 'बालासाहेब ठाकरे अपना दवाखाना' शुरू किए जाएंगे। उसमें से 50 दवाखाना 2 अक्टूबर से शुरू हो गए हैं। अपना दवाखाना के माध्यम से नागरिकों के घर के पास ही स्वास्थ्य सुविधा उपलब्ध कराने का प्रयास है।
हर जिले में मेडिकल कॉलेज
मुख्यमंत्री श्री शिंदे ने कहा कि प्राथमिक स्वास्थ्य केंद्रों, उप-केंद्रों और ग्रामीण अस्पतालों को मजबूत बनाने के लिए स्वास्थ्य संस्थानों को अपग्रेड किया जाएगा ताकि ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों के नागरिकों को स्थानीय स्तर पर गुणवत्तापूर्ण स्वास्थ्य सुविधा उपलब्ध हो सके। आम आदमी को केंद्र बिंदु में रखकर स्वास्थ्य संस्थाओं को सशक्त बनाया जा रहा है। हर जिले में मेडिकल कॉलेज शुरू किए जाएंगे। स्वास्थ्य क्षेत्र के लिए निधि की कमी न हो, इसके लिए दोगुना धनराशि दी जाएगी। इस अवसर पर मुख्यमंत्री ने यह भी कहा कि निजी संस्थाओं की मदद से स्वास्थ्य के बुनियादी ढांचे को मजबूत करने पर जोर दिया जाएगा।
कैथलैब भी शुरू की जाएंगी
मुख्यमंत्री ने इस अवसर पर कहा कि राज्य में कॅथलॅब शुरू करने का भी फैसला किया गया है। जिन क्षेत्रों में स्वास्थ्य संस्थाओं का कार्य 80 से 90 प्रतिशत तक पूर्ण हो गया है, वहां निधि उपलब्ध कराकर कार्य को शत-प्रतिशत पूरा करने और नागरिकों को स्वास्थ्य सुविधा उपलब्ध कराने को प्राथमिकता दी जा रही है। ग्रामीण अंचलों में स्वास्थ्य क्षेत्र में आशा स्वयंसेविकाओं का योगदान महत्वपूर्ण है। उन्होंने कोरोना के दौरान भी उल्लेखनीय काम किया है। राज्य सरकार उन्हें और अधिक सुविधाएं देने का प्रयास करेगी।
मेडिकल कॉलेजों के माध्यम से पर्याप्त मात्रा में डॉक्टरों और नर्सों की उपलब्धता होगी। मेडिकल कॉलेज के विद्यार्थियों को ग्रामीण इलाकों में काम करने के लिए प्रोत्साहित किया जाएगा। ऐसा भी उन्होंने कहा।

Mumbai, October 3, 2022: Maharashtra Chief Minister Eknath Shinde said today “The strengthening of the rural health system of our state is the top priority and we will double the funds to be made available for the health sector.” He was addressing a news channel under the 'Swasth Banega India' program featured by the NDTV news channel.
The Chief Minister added that he would start a medical college in every district of the state along with setting gup about 700 'Balasaheb Thackeray aapla dawakhanas' across the state, with special emphasis on child health. Veteran actor Amitabh Bachchan and senior journalist Pranab Roy interacted with Chief Minister Shri Shinde on the occasion.
'Balasaheb Thackeray Aapla Dawakhanas' at 227 places in Mumbai
Chief Minister Shri. Shinde further said, “Emphasis is being laid on strengthening the health system network in rural areas of Maharashtra. 'Balasaheb Thackeray Aapla Dawakhanas' will be started at around 700 places in the state. Such clinics will also be set up at 227 locations in Mumbai itself. Already, 50 such clinics have commenced operations since October 2. Through these medical facilities we intend to provide healthcare to citizens right next door to their homes.”
Medical college in every district
“Health institutions will be upgraded to strengthen primary health centres, sub-centres and rural hospitals so that citizens in rural areas get quality health care even locally. Health institutions are being further empowered by placing the common man as the centre of our emphasised focus. Medical colleges will be started in every district. There will be no shortage of funds for the health sector in fact, double the quantum of funds will be given for it,'' Chief Minister Shri Eknath Shinde said. He added that the emphasis would be on strengthening the health infrastructure in collaboration with private organizations.
MAHA Cathlab to be started
“It has also been decided to start a cathlab in the state. In areas where the work of health institutions is 80 to 90 percent complete, priority is being given to make the work 100 percent complete by providing funds to ensure high end health facilities for citizens. The contribution of Asha volunteers is important in the field of primary health in rural areas. They have done remarkable work even during Corona. The state government will try to provide more facilities to them also," the Chief Minister further said on the occasion.
Adequate number of doctors and nurses will be available through medical colleges. He also said that students of medical colleges will be encouraged to work in rural areas.
