 Brief overview of the Chief Minister Samruddha Panchayatraj Abhiyan

The Chief Minister Samruddha Panchayatraj Abhiyan will be implemented from the year 2025–26 in a competitive format at four levels: taluka, district, revenue division, and state, to encourage Panchayati Raj institutions—gram panchayats, panchayat samitis, and zilla parishads—to implement all central and state government schemes more efficiently. The best-performing Panchayati Raj institutions will be incentivized to enhance their effectiveness.

Key components of the campaign include:

• Building empowered, good-governance-oriented, water-secure, clean, and green villages

• Convergence with MGNREGA and other schemes

• Livelihood development and social justice

• Public participation and voluntary labor (shramdaan) to create a people-driven movement

Awards will be given at various levels under this campaign.
