Mumbai,18: To further accelerate Maharashtra’s journey towards becoming a USD 1 trillion economy, Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis has departed for Davos, Switzerland, to participate in the World Economic Forum (WEF) 2026. Industry Minister Dr. Uday Samant and senior government officials are accompanying the Chief Minister for this prestigious global summit.

With a firm resolve to further strengthen ‘Magnetic Maharashtra’ as India’s key growth engine on the global platform, the world is keenly watching this new ‘Maha-Growth’ narrative unfold. Speaking on the occasion, Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis stated that WEF 2026 will play a crucial role in accelerating Maharashtra’s march towards the USD 1 trillion economy milestone. Last year, Maharashtra signed investment agreements worth ₹16 lakh crore, and the state government has set an even higher investment target for this year.

During the Davos summit, focused discussions will be held with global industry leaders, investors and policymakers to boost foreign direct investment, industrial projects, employment generation and overall economic growth in Maharashtra.

मुंबई, दि.18: महाराष्ट्र को 1 ट्रिलियन डॉलर की अर्थव्यवस्था बनाने की दिशा में गति को और तेज करने के उद्देश्य से मुख्यमंत्री देवेंद्र फडणवीस वर्ल्ड इकोनॉमिक फोरम (WEF) 2026 में भाग लेने के लिए स्विट्ज़रलैंड के दावोस रवाना हुए हैं। इस सम्मेलन में मुख्यमंत्री के साथ उद्योग मंत्री डॉ. उदय सामंत तथा प्रशासन के वरिष्ठ अधिकारी भी शामिल हैं।

वैश्विक मंच पर भारत के विकास इंजन के रूप में ‘मैग्नेटिक महाराष्ट्र’ को और सशक्त करने का संकल्प लिया गया है, और इस नई ‘महा-ग्रोथ’ गाथा की ओर पूरी दुनिया आशा भरी निगाहों से देख रही है। मुख्यमंत्री देवेंद्र फडणवीस ने कहा कि महाराष्ट्र को 1 ट्रिलियन डॉलर की अर्थव्यवस्था की ओर तेजी से आगे बढ़ाने में WEF 2026 की महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका होगी। पिछले वर्ष महाराष्ट्र ने 16 लाख करोड़ रुपये के निवेश समझौते किए थे और इस वर्ष राज्य सरकार ने इससे भी अधिक निवेश आकर्षित करने का लक्ष्य रखा है।

दावोस में आयोजित इस सम्मेलन के दौरान वैश्विक उद्योग समूहों, निवेशकों और नीति-निर्माताओं के साथ चर्चा कर महाराष्ट्र में प्रत्यक्ष विदेशी निवेश, औद्योगिक परियोजनाओं, रोजगार सृजन और आर्थिक विकास को बढ़ावा देने पर विशेष जोर दिया जाएगा।

मुंबई, दि. 18 : महाराष्ट्राला 1 ट्रिलियन डॉलर अर्थव्यवस्थेकडे नेण्याचा वेग अधिक वाढवण्यासाठी मुख्यमंत्री देवेंद्र फडणवीस हे वर्ल्ड इकॉनॉमिक फोरम (WEF) 2026 मध्ये सहभागी होण्यासाठी स्वित्झर्लंडमधील दावोसकडे रवाना झाले आहेत. या परिषदेसाठी मुख्यमंत्री फडणवीस यांच्यासमवेत उद्योग मंत्री डॉ. उदय सामंत तसेच प्रशासनातील वरिष्ठ अधिकाऱ्यांचा समावेश आहे.

पुणे, 17 जनवरी : बजाज पुणे ग्रैंड टूर 2026 केवल एक अंतरराष्ट्रीय सायकलिंग प्रतियोगिता तक सीमित न रहकर, आने वाली पीढ़ियों के लिए टिकाऊ खेल एवं आधारभूत ढांचा विरासत के रूप में स्थापित होगी, यह प्रतिपादन मुख्यमंत्री देवेंद्र फडणवीस ने किया।

वे पुणे के जेडब्ल्यू मैरियट होटल में आयोजित प्रतिष्ठित अंतरराष्ट्रीय बजाज पुणे ग्रैंड टूर के शुभारंभ एवं अंतरराष्ट्रीय साइकिल खिलाड़ियों के स्वागत समारोह में बोल रहे थे।

इस अवसर पर केंद्रीय सहकारिता राज्य मंत्री मुरलीधर मोहोळ, राज्य के उच्च एवं तकनीकी शिक्षा मंत्री चंद्रकांत पाटील, सामाजिक न्याय राज्य मंत्री माधुरी मिसाल, तथा सायकलिंग फेडरेशन ऑफ इंडिया के महासचिव दातो मनिंदर पाल सिंह मंच पर उपस्थित थे।

मुख्यमंत्री फडणवीस ने कहा कि पुणे जिला इतिहास, संस्कृति और आधुनिकता का अद्भुत संगम है, जहां हर किलोमीटर पर शौर्य, परंपरा और संस्कृति की कहानियां देखने को मिलती हैं। पुणे न केवल सांस्कृतिक राजधानी है, बल्कि प्रौद्योगिकी, मैन्युफैक्चरिंग और आईटी क्षेत्र में भी अग्रणी शहर है। साथ ही पश्चिमी घाट का प्राकृतिक सौंदर्य इस प्रतियोगिता को विशिष्ट ऊंचाई प्रदान करेगा।

उन्होंने विश्वास व्यक्त किया कि यह प्रतियोगिता शीघ्र ही वैश्विक खेल कैलेंडर में एक प्रतिष्ठित वार्षिक आयोजन बनेगी और इसके माध्यम से पुणे जिला खेल एवं पर्यटन के क्षेत्र में अंतरराष्ट्रीय मानचित्र पर सशक्त रूप से उभरेगा।

मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि बजाज पुणे ग्रैंड टूर 2026 आने वाले कई शताब्दियों तक टिकने वाले मार्ग की शुरुआत है। प्रतियोगिता के साथ-साथ विभिन्न पूरक गतिविधियां भी आयोजित की जाएंगी, जिससे पर्यटकों को प्रकृति के साथ-साथ छत्रपति शिवाजी महाराज के ऐतिहासिक किलों के दर्शन का अवसर मिलेगा।

Earlier, in his introductory address, Pune Divisional Commissioner Dr. Chandrakant Pulkundwar stated that the Bajaj Pune Grand Tour 2026 would prove to be a milestone for Pune and Maharashtra in sports, tourism, and international image-building. Commending the coordinated efforts of the administration, he appealed to the citizens of Pune to participate enthusiastically in this historic cycling event.

Among those present were Member of Parliament Prof. Medha Kulkarni, MLAs Uma Khapre, Amit Gorkhe, Rahul Kul, Mahesh Landge, Chetan Tupe, Hemant Rasane, Shankar Jagtap, Managing Director of Maharashtra Metro Rail Corporation Limited Shravan Hardikar, Pune Municipal Commissioner Naval Kishore Ram, Pune City Police Commissioner Amitesh Kumar, Pimpri-Chinchwad Police Commissioner Vinay Kumar Choubey, District Collector Jitendra Dudi, State Sports Commissioner Sheetal Teli-Ugale, and Chief Executive Officer of Zilla Parishad Gajanan Patil, among others.

Stating that the Bajaj Pune Grand Tour 2026 marks the beginning of a route that will endure for centuries, the Chief Minister said that several ancillary initiatives would be undertaken alongside the event, providing tourists an opportunity to experience nature as well as visit the historic forts of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj.

Assuring full cooperation from the Government of Maharashtra, he said efforts would be made to ensure the competition becomes a milestone event in the history of the Union Cycliste Internationale (UCI). He also appealed to all riders to compete in the true spirit of sportsmanship and contribute to the success of the event.

Welcoming international cyclists, managers, coaches, and support staff from at least 35 countries on behalf of the State Government, Chief Minister Fadnavis congratulated the Pune district administration and all government agencies for the grand and meticulous organization of the event.
