युवा पिढीने योगाचा अंगीकार करून शारीरिक आणि मानसिक आरोग्य जपावे - उच्च व तंत्र शिक्षण मंत्री चंद्रकांत पाटील उच्च व तंत्रशिक्षण मंत्री चंद्रकांत पाटील यांची ‘अंतर योग फाउंडेशन’ ला सदिच्छा भेट मुंबई, दि. 9 : आजच्या धावपळीच्या जीवनशैलीत आणि वाढलेल्या स्पर्धेत युवा पिढीला आणि महिलांना ताणतणावाचा सामना करावा लागत आहे. या पार्श्वभूमीवर युवा पिढीने योगाचा अंगीकार करून शारीरिक व मानसिक आरोग्य जपावे, असे आवाहन उच्च व तंत्रशिक्षण मंत्री चंद्रकांत पाटील यांनी केले. उच्च व तंत्रशिक्षण मंत्री चंद्रकांत पाटील यांनी 'अंतर योग फाउंडेशन' ला सदिच्छा भेट दिली. या भेटीदरम्यान त्यांनी अंतर योग फाउंडेशन उपक्रमांची माहिती घेतली. तसेच फाउंडेशनद्वारे योग आणि मानसिक आरोग्यविषयक सुरू असलेल्या कार्याचे कौतुक केले. मंत्री पाटील म्हणाले, या संस्थेच्या माध्यमातून विद्यार्थ्यांना, महिलांना आणि युवापिढीला योग व आध्यात्मिकतेच्या मार्गाकडे प्रवृत्त करून त्यांना मानसिकदृष्ट्या अधिक सक्षम करणे गरजेचे आहे. आजच्या काळात मानसिक आरोग्य ही महत्त्वाची बाब असून, अशा उपक्रमांमुळे समाजात सकारात्मक बदल घडू शकतो. यावेळी अंतर योग फाउंडेशनचे संस्थापक व अध्यात्मिक गुरु आचार्य उपेंद्रजी आणि अंतर योग फाउंडेशनचे अधिकारी व कर्मचारी उपस्थित होते.

मुंबई, दि. ९ : उच्च सुरक्षा नोंदणी क्रमांक पाटी (एचएसआरपी) उत्पादक निवासस्थानी किंवा व्यवसायाच्या ठिकाणी वाहनावर पाटी बसवण्याची सेवा देऊ शकतात. निवासी कल्याण संघटना, सोसायटी येथे शिबिर आयोजित करू शकतात. एका ठिकाणी किमान २५ किंवा त्यापेक्षा जास्त वाहन मालकांनी निवासस्थानी, व्यवसायाच्या ठिकाणी किंवा निवासी कल्याण संघटना, सोसायटीमध्ये वाहनांवर एचएसआरपी बसविण्याची एकत्रित बुकिंग केल्यास कोणतेही अतिरिक्त फिटमेंट शुल्क न आकारता उच्च सुरक्षा नोंदणी क्रमांक पाटी बसविण्यात येणार आहे.

राज्यात १ एप्रिल २०१९ पूर्वीची नोंदणी केलेल्या वाहनांना उच्च सुरक्षा नोंदणी क्रमांक पाटी बसविण्यात येत आहे. अशा जुन्या वाहनांना ही पाटी बसविण्याकरिता तीन उत्पादकांची परिवहन विभाग मार्फत निवड केली आहे. वाहन मालकांनी वाहनांवर ही पाटी बसविण्यासाठी परिवहन विभागाच्या https://transport.maharashtra.gov.in या संकेतस्थळावर उच्च सुरक्षा नोंदणी क्रमांक पाटी बसविण्याकरिता शुल्काचा भरणा ऑनलाईन पद्धतीने करावा. ही पाटी बसविण्याकरता वाहन मालकांनी वैयक्तिकरित्या होम फिटमेंट सर्विस या पर्यायाचा वापर केल्यास त्यांना अतिरिक्त शुल्काचा भरणा करावा लागणार आहे.

उच्च सुरक्षा नोंदणी क्रमांक पाटी संचासह बसविण्याचे जीएसटी वगळून शुल्क

दुचाकी वाहने व ट्रॅक्टर ४५० रुपये, तीन चाकी वाहने ५०० रुपये, हलकी वाहने, प्रवासी कार, मध्यम व जड वाहने ७४५ रुपये शुल्क अदा करावे लागणार आहे. या शुल्काशिवाय इतर कुठलेही शुल्क अनुज्ञेय नाही. काही फिटमेंट केंद्रामध्ये जुन्या वाहन नोंदणीच्या पाटी काढायचे शुल्क घेतले असल्याच्या तक्रारी प्राप्त झाल्या आहेत. तरी नागरिकांच्या याविषयी काही तक्रारी असल्यास त्यांनी 022- 20826498 या क्रमांकावर आणि hsrpcomplaint.tco@gmail.com या ईमेलवर कराव्यात असे आवाहन सहपरिवहन आयुक्त शैलेश कामत यांनी केले आहे.

मुंबई, दि. 9 : पैठण येथील संत ज्ञानेश्वर उद्यानाच्या जीर्णोद्धाराकरिता 149 कोटींच्या कामांना गती देण्याच्या सूचना पर्यटन मंत्री शंभूराज देसाई यांनी दिल्या.

मंत्रालयात पैठण पर्यटन विकास आराखड्यासंदर्भात पर्यटन मंत्री शंभूराजे देसाई यांच्या अध्यक्षतेखाली बैठक घेण्यात आली. त्यावेळी ते बोलत होते. यावेळी पर्यटन विभागाचे प्रधान सचिव अतुल पाटणे, पर्यटन संचालक डॉ. बी. एन. पाटील, महाराष्ट्र पर्यटन विकास महामंडळाचे व्यवस्थापकीय संचालक मनोज सूर्यवंशी यासह पर्यटन विभागाचे अधिकारी उपस्थित होते.

पर्यटन मंत्री शंभूराज देसाई म्हणाले की, संत ज्ञानेश्वर उद्यानाच्या पुनर्विकासासाठी 149 कोटींच्या कामांना प्रशासकीय मान्यता देऊन, टप्प्याटप्याने निधी वितरित करण्यास मान्यता देण्यात आली आहे. तरी या कामाला प्राधान्य देण्यात यावे. महाबळेश्वर येथे होणाऱ्या पर्यटन महोत्सवाची संपूर्ण तयारी काटकरपणे करावी. प्रादेशिक पर्यटन विकास आराखडा अंतर्गत कामे नियोजन पूर्वक करावीत.

गोराई येथे पर्यटन विभागामार्फत करण्यात येणाऱ्या विकास कामांचा सविस्तर आराखडा तयार करावा त्याचप्रमाणे खासगी सल्लागाराकडूनही याबाबतीत सल्ला घ्यावा. राज्यातील पर्यटनाला चालना देणारा प्रकल्प येथे उभारण्यासाठी सर्वतोपरी काम करण्यात यावे अशा सूचनाही त्यांनी यावेळी दिल्या.

Minister Gore said that so far, approval has been given to 13.5 lakh houses, and the first installment has been disbursed for 10 lakh houses, of which 46,000 have been completed. The Rural Development Department has set a target to build 30 lakh houses, and efforts are underway to provide land for the same.

The process of creating a "Mukhyamantri Samruddha Gram Yojana" is underway, aiming for 100% implementation of government schemes in selected villages. Villages doing good work under this scheme will be rewarded. Special efforts are being made to strengthen public trust in ‘Zilla Parishad’s’.

 

In his introductory speech, Principal Secretary Dawale provided an overview of the workshop, mentioning that actions have been taken on 20 out of 21 points under the 100 Days Program. Various districts have undertaken innovative initiatives to provide better services to citizens. Topics like the UMED campaign, health insurance schemes, education, and the use of artificial intelligence were discussed on the first day.

As part of the 100 Days Program, the following were inaugurated by the Chief Minister: Single Unified Portal, Housing distribution app developed by the Directorate of Rural Housing, Bhumilabh Portal, Maha Awas Abhiyan Dashboard, Dashboards developed by MGNREGA Commissioner, Nagpur, Additionally, a documentary created under the National Gram Swaraj Abhiyan was unveiled.

 

A booklet based on innovative initiatives by 20 Zilla Parishads across the state and the ‘Maha Awas’ Quarterly Magazine were also published. The Chief Minister instructed that discussions should be held in various groups to create documents related to best practices and improvements in work processes.

 

The event was attended by Divisional Commissioners, Chief Executive Officers of Zilla Parishads, Additional Chief Executive Officers, and Project Directors of District Rural Development Agencies.

The state government has launched a 100-days program, with active participation from all regional offices. The Rural Development Department has shown exemplary performance. Following the evaluation of this program, guidelines for best practices will be provided for the state. After a quality assessment by the Quality Council of India, outstanding officers will be recognized. This will inspire others to perform better. Through this initiative, transformation across 12,500 offices in the state has been made possible, enhancing transparency and credibility in governance.

 

Fadnavis directed that the Jal Jeevan Mission be implemented effectively by correcting existing shortcomings and ensuring trained manpower for post-completion operation. The workshop should focus on ways to achieve quality outcomes through capacity building and training. Officers and contractors must undergo training to improve construction standards.

 

Focus on Improving Healthcare in the Next Five Years

 

Significant investments have been made in the healthcare sector, but further acceleration is needed. In the next five years, efforts should focus on ensuring that high-quality government healthcare facilities are available within a 5-kilometer radius everywhere. Improvements at primary health centers and sub-centers would enable better healthcare access for citizens, said the Chief Minister.

Pune, 26th: The Rural Development Department has performed commendably under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana, and the Centre is set to approve an additional 10 lakh houses. After approval, efforts must be made to provide land and ensure that no individual remains homeless. Through this, Maharashtra should become the country's first homeless-free state, appealed Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis. He also called for better management of human resources and greater use of technology to make the administration more people-centric and dynamic.

 

The Chief Minister was speaking at a state-level Panchayati Raj workshop organized by the Rural Development and Panchayati Raj Department at YASHADA. The event was attended by Rural Development and Panchayati Raj Minister Jaykumar Gore, Minister of State Yogesh Kadam, Principal Secretary Eknath Dawale, YASHADA Director General Niranjan Sudhanshu, and the Chief Minister’s Secretary Shrikar Pardesi.

 

Chief Minister Fadnavis emphasized that developing human resources is essential for effective governance. He urged the efficient use of available manpower and the establishment of systems that understand and utilize advanced technology. Good ideas from other regions should be adopted. The insights gained from the workshop and the experiences of senior officers would help make the administration more citizen-centric.

 

Under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana, homes approved should be connected to solar energy from the very first day through the ‘Pradhan Mantri Suryaghar Yojana’. Officers should work towards mobilizing manpower and funding through various schemes for this effort, he said. He also expressed confidence that this initiative would create employment opportunities.

मंत्री श्री गोरे ने कहा कि अब तक साढ़े तेरह लाख घरों को मंजूरी दी गई है और दस लाख घरों को पहली किस्त जारी की गई है, जिनमें से 46 हजार घर पूर्ण हो चुके हैं। ग्राम विकास विभाग का 30 लाख घरों के निर्माण का लक्ष्य है और इसके लिए जमीन उपलब्ध कराने के प्रयास जारी हैं। ‘मुख्यमंत्री समृद्ध ग्राम योजना’ की प्रक्रिया भी शुरू है, जिसके तहत गांवों में सरकार की सभी योजनाओं का 100% क्रियान्वयन सुनिश्चित किया जाएगा। इस योजना से गांव आत्मनिर्भर बनेंगे और उत्कृष्ट कार्य करने वाले गांवों को पुरस्कृत किया जाएगा। जिला परिषदों पर जनता का विश्वास बढ़ाने के लिए विशेष प्रयास किए जा रहे हैं।

 

प्रधान सचिव श्री. डवले ने कार्यशाला के प्रारंभ में कार्यक्रम का विवरण प्रस्तुत किया। 100 दिवसीय कार्यक्रम के तहत 21 में से 20 मुद्दों पर कार्यवाही पूरी हो गई है। विभिन्न जिलों ने नवोन्मेषी पहल कर नागरिकों को बेहतरीन सेवाएं प्रदान की हैं। पहले दिन 'उमेद अभियान', 'स्वास्थ्य बीमा योजना', 'शिक्षा', 'कृत्रिम बुद्धिमत्ता का उपयोग' जैसे विषयों पर चर्चा हुई, यह जानकारी उन्होंने दी।

 

ग्राम विकास विभाग द्वारा तैयार किए गए सिंगल यूनिफाइड पोर्टल, आवास वितरण ऐप, भूमिलाभ पोर्टल, महाआवास अभियान डैशबोर्ड, पीएमएवाई और नरेगा डैशबोर्ड का उद्घाटन मुख्यमंत्री फडणवीस के हाथों हुआ। राष्ट्रीय ग्राम स्वराज अभियान के तहत निर्मित वीडियो फिल्म का भी अनावरण किया गया।

 

राज्य के 20 जिला परिषदों द्वारा किए गए नवोन्मेषी कार्यों पर आधारित पुस्तिका तथा ‘महाआवास’ त्रैमासिक का प्रकाशन भी मुख्यमंत्री के हाथों हुआ। विभिन्न विषयों पर उत्कृष्ट विचारों और कार्यों पर आधारित दस्तावेज तैयार करने के लिए समूह चर्चा करने के निर्देश मुख्यमंत्री ने दिए।

 

कार्यक्रम में राज्य के सभी संभागीय आयुक्त, जिला परिषदों के मुख्य कार्यकारी अधिकारी, अतिरिक्त मुख्य कार्यकारी अधिकारी और जिला ग्रामीण विकास एजेंसी के परियोजना निदेशक उपस्थित थे।
