             Mumbai, June 26, 2023: Chief Minister Shri. Eknath Shinde and Deputy Chief Minister Shri. Devendra Fadnavis reviewed the ongoing works and the Pilgrimage Development Plan at the Umari and Pohradevi religious destinations of Maharashtra here today at the state secretariat: Mantralaya.

      “There will be no dearth of funds for pilgrimage site development works. The district administration must take effective action to complete all works by March 2024," Chief Minister Shri. Eknath Shinde said during the review meeting held in Mumbai.

             Rural Development Minister Girish Mahajan participated through an online interaction while Food and Drug Administration Minister and Guardian Minister of Washim District Sanjay Rathod, MLA Rajendra Patni, Chief Secretary Manoj Saunik and others attended the meeting in person.

             Deputy Chief Minister Shri. Fadnavis directed that the process of land acquisition through donation deeds must be completed on a war footing and implemented immediately for development works to be taken up at the pilgrimage centres. Currently, work based on the development is ongoing with construction of the main building already completed. The District Collector of Washim gave a presentation regarding the construction of the mausoleum area under phase 2 of the project and facilities created for devotees.

             Additional Chief Secretary of Finance (Expenditure) Department O. P. Gupta, Additional Chief Secretary of Public Works Department Manisha Mhaiskar, Principal Secretary of Rural Development Department Eknath Dawle and other dignitaries were also present at the meeting.

      Mumbai, June 26 - Stating that Rajarshi Shahu Maharaj gave thrust on marching towards social progress through education, Chief minister Eknath Shinde today announced that we are following the same path by dedicating it to people girl student’s hostel in Mumbai city which would be named after Mata Ramai. 

      Shinde was addressing the function of dedicating the girl student’s hostel of OBC girls built by the department of social justice. Minister for tourism, skill development and entrepreneurship as well as women and child development Mangalprabhat Lodha who is also guardian minister of Mumbai sub-urban district, MP Rahul Shewale, secretary to the department of social justice Sumant Bhange, social justice commissioner Dr Prashant Narnavare, Mumbai sub-urban district collector Rajendra Bhosale were present.

      Shinde inaugurated hostel for 250 girl students at Chembur out of divisional hostel with a capacity of 1000 girls. Government hostel for OBC girls and economically backword girls at MangarulPir in Washim district was inaugurated by the chief minister via video conference. He also remotely launched the residential training organized by Union Public Service Commission and also launched mobile application of the equal opportunities centre initiative.  

      Pointing out that birth anniversary of Rajarshi Shahu Maharaj is celebrated as social justice day chief minister Shinde said that despite all odds and facing various challenges Shahu Maharaj made efforts for social justice and brought in to reality the concept of hostels which is why he is referred to as the pioneer of concept of hostels.

      Stating that Barti, Sarathi and MahaJyoti are imparting training to youngsters so that administration gets officers from various communities within the society, he said that the state Government is trying to provide maximum facilities to bring them in mainstream thereby giving justice to every community.  Stating that the government was running various schemes for the welfare of SC, ST and other social sections he said that number of students going abroad for higher education has been increased. He said that efforts for progress of students are being made by various departments including social justice, higher and technical education, Tribal Development, OBC, school education department, skill development department and others.

      Chief minister Shinde said that SRA projects in Mumbai along with a few pending projects would be completed with the help of concerned organizations and pending projects in Chembur and adjoining areas would be brought on track.

      MP Shewale said that city of Mumbai needs such girl student’s hostels and this hostel has provided a safe shelter for girl students coming for education.

      Secretary Bhange in his opening remarks said that the department of social justice was established in 1932 and it is a historic department working for last 90-91 years. He said that the state Government through this department is working for the educational and economic progress of the SC, ST, OBC. He said that the department in every way helps students from these categories for seeking higher education abroad. The department provides education along with hostel and meals through 441 hostels, 2338 unaided hostels and 90 residential schools. Commissioner Dr Narnavare proposed vote of thanks.

      In Mumbai, work for hostel with a capacity of 250 students has been started and in coming 6 months, another hostel with capacity of 750 would be started. It would lead to having hostels for 1300 students and 350 girl students in Mumbai sub-urban district. The hostel being built at Chembur has capacity of 1000 and is being built on BOT basis. Students would be provided facilities of meals, educational facilities, safe shelter along with internet, computers, library and entertainment facilities.

      At MangrulPir in Washim district, hostel facility for 100 OBC and economically backword girl students would be available along with education facility. Through mobile app of equal opportunities centre initiative all colleges in the state would provide information to SC, ST, OBC and VJNT students about educational concessions to encourage them to higher education. In addition to this, they would be able to avail comprehensive guidance regarding employment, self-employment, entrepreneurship, professionalism and skill training.

            मुंबई, दि. २६ :- राष्ट्रकुल स्पर्धा २०२२, जागतिक नेमबाजी स्पर्धा २०२२ मधील पदक प्राप्त खेळाडू व त्यांच्या क्रीडा मार्गदर्शकांना मंजूर रोख पारितोषिकाची रक्कम त्यांच्या बँक खात्यात जमा करण्याची कार्यवाही सुरू करण्यात आली आहे, असे क्रीडा व युवक सेवा संचालनालयाने कळविले आहे.

            राज्यात क्रीडा संस्कृतीची जोपासना व संवर्धन परिणामकारक व्हावे, राज्यातील खेळाडूंनी आंतरराष्ट्रीयस्तरावर दर्जेदार कामगिरी करून पदक विजेते खेळाडू तयार व्हावेत यासाठी क्रीडा विषयक तंत्रशुद्ध प्रशिक्षण, खेळाडूंच्या दर्जात सुधारणा, दर्जेदार पायाभूत सुविधा, खेळाडूंचा गौरव, क्रीडा प्रशिक्षकांना अद्ययावत तंत्रज्ञानाची ओळख व्हावी म्हणून क्रीडा धोरण तयार करण्यात आले आहे.

            या धोरणांतर्गत आंतरराष्ट्रीयस्तरावर उल्लेखनीय कामगिरी तसेच राज्याचे नाव उज्ज्वल करून पदक प्राप्त खेळाडू व त्यांच्या क्रीडा मार्गदर्शकांना रोख बक्षीस देवून गौरविण्याची योजना संचालनालयस्तरावर कार्यान्वित आहे. त्यानुसार २८ जुलै ते ८ ऑगस्ट २०२२ या कालावधीत बर्मिंगहॅम (इंग्लंड) येथे झालेल्या राष्ट्रकुल क्रीडा स्पर्धेतील पदक प्राप्त सात खेळाडू व त्यांच्या क्रीडा मार्गदर्शकांसह कैरो (इजिप्त) येथे झालेल्या जागतिक नेमबाजी स्पर्धा २०२२ मधील पदक प्राप्त चार खेळाडू व त्यांच्या मार्गदर्शकांना द्यावयाच्या रोख रकमेत मुख्यमंत्र्यांनी वाढ करून पदक प्राप्त खेळाडूंना रोख रक्कम जाहीर केली आहे.

            राष्ट्रकुल स्पर्धा २०२२ मधील पदक प्राप्त खेळाडूंना जाहीर रकमेचा तपशील असा (अनुक्रमे खेळाडू व मार्गदर्शक या क्रमाने) : सुवर्ण पदक- ५० लाख रुपये, १२ लाख ५० हजार रुपये. रौप्य पदक – ३० लाख रुपये, ७ लाख ३० हजार रुपये. जागतिक नेमबाजी स्पर्धा २०२२ मधील पदक प्राप्त खेळाडूंना जाहीर रकमेचा तपशील असा (अनुक्रमे खेळाडू व मार्गदर्शक या क्रमाने) : सुवर्ण पदक – दीड कोटी रुपये, सात लाख ५० हजार रुपये, सांघिक - ५० लाख रुपये, सात लाख ५० हजार रुपये. रौप्य पदक (सांघिक) - ३० लाख रुपये, पाच लाख रुपये. कांस्य पदक (सांघिक) : २० लाख रुपये, २ लाख ५० हजार रुपये. पदक प्राप्त खेळाडू व त्यांच्या मार्गदर्शकांना शासन निर्णयान्वये मान्यता दिलेली रोख पारितोषिकाची रक्कम सर्व संबंधितांच्या बँक खात्यात जमा करण्यास क्रीडा व युवक कल्याण मंत्री गिरीश महाजन यांनी मान्यता दिली असून मंजूर रोख पारितोषिकाची रक्कम संबंधितांच्या बँक खात्यात जमा करण्याची कार्यवाही संचालनालयस्तरावर प्राधान्याने सुरू आहे, असेही सहसंचालक श्री. कांबळे यांनी म्हटले आहे.

            मुंबई, दि. २६ : महाराष्ट्रात गोवंश हत्या रोखण्यासाठी कडक कायदेशीर उपाययोजना करण्यात यावी. सीमा भागातील पशू वाहतूक संदर्भात भरारी पथकांची स्थापना करुन अवैध पशू वाहतूक रोखण्यात यावी. त्याचप्रमाणे गोरक्षकांना धमकावण्याच्या, हल्ल्यांच्या घटनांना आळा घालण्यासाठी, यासंदर्भातील तक्रारींची तत्काळ चौकशी करुन प्राथमिक माहिती अहवाल (FIR) नोंदविण्यात यावेत, असे निर्देश विधानसभा अध्यक्ष ॲड. राहुल नार्वेकर यांनी आज विधान भवनात अतिरिक्त पोलिस महासंचालक (कायदा व सुव्यवस्था) आणि गोरक्षा समिती पदाधिकारी यांच्या उपस्थितीत झालेल्या बैठकीत दिले.

            या बैठकीस अतिरिक्त पोलिस महासंचालक (कायदा व सुव्यवस्था) संजय सक्सेना आणि नांदेडचे पोलिस अधीक्षक श्रीकृष्ण कोकाटे, पशू कल्याण मंडळाचे कमलेश शहा, महाराष्ट्र गौशाळा संपर्क प्रमुख लक्ष्मीनारायण चांडक, गोरक्षा आणि गोसेवा क्षेत्रात कार्य करणारे डॉ. विनोद कोठारी, रमेश पुरोहित, ॲड.राजु गुप्ता, ॲड. सिध्द विद्या, रिटा मकवाना, अशोक जैन, संदीप भगत, गणेश परब, जनक संघवी आदि उपस्थित होते.

            महाराष्ट्राच्या सीमेवर अन्य राज्यातून गोहत्येसाठी होणारी पशू वाहतूक रोखण्यात यावी, भरारी पथके स्थापन करण्यात यावीत, गोरक्षक कार्यकर्त्यांविरुध्द खोटे गुन्हे नोंदविणाऱ्यांवर कडक कारवाई करण्यात यावी. पशू मांस तपासणी यंत्र (मीट टेस्टिंग मशीन्स) यांचा वापर करण्यात यावा, असे निर्देशही यावेळी विधानसभा अध्यक्ष ॲड. नार्वेकर यांनी दिले. येत्या दहा दिवसांत या संदर्भातील कार्यवाहीचा आढावा घेण्यासाठी पुन्हा विधान भवनात बैठक घेण्यात येणार आहे. त्याचप्रमाणे या संदर्भातील संबंधित विभागांची एकत्रित बैठक घेण्यात येऊन सुस्पष्ट धोरण आखून गृह विभागाच्या माध्यमातून गोरक्षा उद्दिष्टाची कडक अंमलबजावणी करण्यात येणार आहे.

उच्च व तंत्र शिक्षण आणि शालेय शिक्षण विभागाच्या सोबत विधान भवनात घेतली बैठक

            मुंबई, ता. 26 : राज्यभरात शाळा - महाविद्यालयांमध्ये शिक्षण घेत असलेल्या विद्यार्थींनींची संख्या, त्यांना राहण्यासाठी सुरक्षित वसतिगृहे आहेत काय, त्यांच्या आवारात असलेल्या विविध सुविधा, कर्मचारी यांची पुरेशी माहिती आहे का या आणि अशा विविध मुद्द्यांवर आढावा घेण्यासाठी विधान परिषदेच्या उपसभापती डॉ. नीलम गोऱ्हे यांनी आज विधान भवनात बैठक घेतली. यापूर्वी घेतलेल्या बैठकांमध्ये दिलेल्या निर्देशांची अंमलबजावणी काय झाली याचा अहवाल येत्या 3 जुलैपर्यंत सादर करावा. विद्यार्थिनींच्या सुरक्षेसाठीच राज्यातील सर्व शाळा- महाविद्यालयांमध्ये समुपदेशन आणि तक्रार निवारण कक्ष स्थापन केले त्यांचे काय स्वरूपाचे काम सुरु आहे याबाबत त्वरित अहवाल सादर करावा. शाळांमध्ये शिक्षकांना गुड टच बॅड टच विषयांचे प्रशिक्षण देऊन प्रत्येक शाळेत विद्यार्थी आणि विद्यार्थिनींना देखील समुपदेशन करण्यासाठी शिक्षकांना प्रशिक्षण द्यावे. यासाठी आठवड्यात किमान दोन तास राखीव ठेवा, असे निर्देश आज त्यांनी शालेय शिक्षण आणि उच्च व तंत्र शिक्षण विभागाच्या अधिकाऱ्यांना दिले.

            डॉ.गोऱ्हे म्हणाल्या, या विषयात काम करणाऱ्या स्वयंसेवी संस्था किती आहेत याची माहिती घेण्यात यावी, त्यांनाही याबाबत सहभागी करून घ्यावे. जिथे अशा संस्थाच नसतील तिथे शासनाच्यावतीने पुढाकार घ्यावा, याकरिता शालेय शिक्षण, सामाजिक न्याय आणि महिला बाल कल्याण विभागाने पुढाकार घ्यावा. अनेक शाळांमध्ये समाजकार्याचे शिक्षण घेतलेले शिक्षक आहेत त्यांना सहभागी करून घेण्यात यावे. विद्यार्थिनींवर अत्याचाराच्या घटनांची गंभीर दखल घेऊन त्यावर काय कार्यवाही झाली याचा अहवाल सादर करावा. सायबर गुन्हे, समाज माध्यमांवरून होणाऱ्या विविध तक्रारींची दखल घेण्यासाठी काय यंत्रणा आहे याबाबत अहवाल सादर करावा. राज्यातील सर्व शासकीय आणि खाजगी वसतिगृहांचे अधीक्षक, वार्डन, रेक्टर यांचे या विषयातील प्रशिक्षण लवकरच पुणे येथे आयोजित करण्यात येणार उच्च शिक्षण संचालक शैलेंद्र देवळाणकर यांनी सांगितले.

            राज्य शिक्षण व संशोधन परिषदेच्यावतीने या विषयावर एक माहिती पुस्तिका तयार करण्यात आली आहे. या आधारे सर्व शाळांमध्ये शिक्षकांचे प्रशिक्षण घेण्याची कार्यवाही सुरू असल्याचे सांगण्यात आले. हे प्रशिक्षण राज्यस्तरावर कशा पद्धतीने सुरू आहे, त्यामध्ये किती शिक्षकांचा सहभाग होता तसेच विद्यार्थ्यांचेही यामध्ये प्रशिक्षण झाले का, याबाबतचा अहवाल सादर करण्याची सूचना करण्यात आली. या प्रशिक्षणाच्या अनुषंगाने नियमावली तयार करण्यात यावी.

            या बैठकीला शालेय शिक्षण विभागाचे उपसचिव प्रताप लुबाळ, उपसचिव टि. बा. करपाते, उच्च व तंत्र शिक्षण विभागाचे उपसचिव हे. सु. पाठक, संचालक तंत्र शिक्षण डॉ. विनोद मोहितकर, शिक्षण आयुक्त कार्यालयाचे राजेश कंकाळ, राज्य शिक्षण व संशोधन परिषदेच्या मनीषा पवार, स्वयंसेवी संस्था प्रतिनिधी सोनाली परब आदी उपस्थित होते. उपसभापती कार्यालयाचे खाजगी सचिव रविंद्र खेबुडकर यांनी आभार प्रदर्शन केले.

            मुंबई, दि. २६ : राज्य शासनाने यंदाच्या वर्षात शासकीय कार्यालयांना बकरी ईद (ईद-उल-झुआ) या सणासाठी गुरुवार दि. २९ जून २०२३ रोजी सार्वजनिक सुटी जाहीर केली आहे. याबाबत सामान्य प्रशासन विभागाने अधिसूचना जारी केली आहे.

            राज्य शासनाने सन २०२३ मध्ये राज्य शासकीय कार्यालयांना एकूण २४ सार्वजनिक सुट्या अधिसूचित केल्या आहेत. सार्वजनिक सुट्ट्यांमध्ये बकरी ईद (ईद-उल-झुआ) या सणाची सुट्टी बुधवार दि. २८ जून, २०२३ रोजी दर्शविण्यात आलेली होती. तथापि, बकरी ईद (ईद-उल-झुआ) हा सण गुरुवार, दि.२९ जून, २०२३ रोजी येत असल्याने बुधवार, दि. २८ जून, २०२३ रोजी जाहीर करण्यात आलेली सार्वजनिक सुट्टी रद्द करण्यात आली आहे. त्याऐवजी आता बकरी ईद (ईद-उल- झुआ) ची सार्वजनिक सुट्टी दि.२९ जून रोजी जाहीर करण्यात आली असल्याचे अधिसूचनेत म्हटले आहे.

            मुंबई, दि 26 :- विविध योजनांच्या माध्यमातून आरोग्य सेवांचा लाभ देण्यात येत असून ग्रामीण आणि आदिवासीबहुल भागात आरोग्य सेवा अधिक विस्तारण्यावर भर देण्यात येत असल्याचे उपमुख्यमंत्री देवेंद्र फडणवीस यांनी सांगितले.

            मंत्रालय येथील दालनात डॅशबोर्ड आणि विश्लेषणात्मक पद्धतीच्या माध्यमातून नागरिकांची सर्वसमावेशक आरोग्य तपासणी यासंदर्भात बैठक झाली. यावेळी माजी आमदार डॉ. परिणय फुके, अपर मुख्य सचिव मिलिंद म्हैसकर, आयुक्त धीरजकुमार, ई हेल्थ सिस्टिमचे संचालक विजय अरोरा, ई हेल्थ सिस्टिमचे संचालक अनिल धुम्मा, अरविंद सावरगावकर, रेलटेल कॉर्पोरेशनचे संचालक प्रवीण जैन व आरोग्य विभागाचे वरिष्ठ अधिकारी उपस्थित होते.

            उपमुख्यमंत्री श्री. फडणवीस म्हणाले की, आरोग्य सेवा सर्वांना परवडणारी असली पाहिजे, यावर विशेष भर देण्यात येत असून, समाजातील सर्व घटकांपर्यंत आरोग्य सुविधा पोहोचविण्यात येत आहेत. आरोग्य सेवांचे लाभ घेण्यासाठी एकच सर्वसमावेशक कार्ड असावे यावरही भर देण्यात येत आहे. याद्वारे रुग्णांची एकत्रित 'मेडिकल हिस्ट्री' तयार होऊ शकेल. ज्याद्वारे रुग्ण आणि आरोग्य व्यवस्थेलाही याचा लाभ होईल. प्रतिबंधात्मक आरोग्य सेवांच्या दृष्टीने असा प्रकल्प उपयुक्त ठरु शकेल. अशा पद्धतीचा प्रकल्प उभारण्यासाठी दीर्घकालीन नियोजन करण्याचे निर्देशही उपमुख्यमंत्री श्री. फडणवीस यांनी दिले.

डॅशबोर्ड आणि विश्लेषणात्मक पद्धतीच्या माध्यमातून

नागरिकांची सर्वसमावेशक आरोग्य तपासणी

            अशा प्रकल्पाच्या माध्यमातून महाराष्ट्रातील आरोग्य सेवेच्या क्षेत्रात सकारात्मक आणि क्रांतीकारक बदल घडू शकतील. यामध्ये राज्यातील नागरिकांच्या संपूर्ण आरोग्य कल्याणासंदर्भात सकारात्मक आणि सर्वसमावेशकपणे विचार करण्यासंदर्भात प्रस्तावित आहे.

            याअंतर्गत ग्रामपंचायत, शाळा अशा ठिकाणी प्रीव्हेंटिव्ह वेलनेस सेंटर स्थापन करण्याचे तसेच नागरिकांसाठी विश्लेषण आणि डॅशबोर्डसह तपासणी पद्धत विकसित करण्याचे प्रस्तावित आहे. याच्या यशस्वी अंमलबजावणीसाठी आरोग्य, नियोजन आणि वित्त विभाग यांच्यामध्ये समन्वय साधण्यात येईल, अशी माहिती यावेळी देण्यात आली. तसेच यामध्ये आरोग्य विषयक 170 पॅरामीटर्स, टेलीमेडीसीन आणि समुपदेशन, प्रतिबंधात्मक आरोग्य तपासणी संच, जिओ टॅगिंग, हेल्थ कार्ड, हेल्थ अॅप, स्टेट ऑफ आर्ट डायग्नोस्टिक लॅब यांचा समावेश असणार असल्याची माहितीही यावेळी देण्यात आली.
