नागपुरदि. 14:प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी की सबके लिए आवास’ की संकल्पना को साकार करने और आम मुंबईकरों का घर का सपना पूरा करने के लिए राज्य सरकार ने कई क्रांतिकारी निर्णय लिए हैं। मुंबई में पुनर्विकास से जुड़ी अड़चनों को दूर कर मुंबईकरों को बड़ा राहत दी गई है। हिंदुहृदयसम्राट बालासाहेब ठाकरे की जन्मशताब्दी वर्ष के अवसर पर 23 जनवरी से मुंबईकरों के लिए ये योजनाएं लाकर बालासाहेब के चरणों में योजनापुष्प अर्पित किए जा रहे हैंयह भावना उपमुख्यमंत्री एकनाथ शिंदे ने विधान परिषद में व्यक्त की।

उन्होंने कहा कि मुंबई के तेज़ विकास से महाराष्ट्र सुपर फास्ट गति से आगे बढ़ रहा हैऔर साथ ही विदर्भ को विकास का वैभव दिलाने के लिए सरकार पूरी तरह प्रतिबद्ध है।

विधान परिषद में अंतिम सप्ताह की चर्चा का उत्तर देते हुए उपमुख्यमंत्री श्री. शिंदे ने बताया कि मुंबई में ओसी (ऑक्युपेंसी सर्टिफिकेट) के बिना लगभग 20 हजार इमारतों को सरकार ने राहत दी है। इस निर्णय से ढाई लाख से अधिक परिवारों और 10 लाख से ज्यादा नागरिकों को लाभ होगा। नवी मुंबई में घर खरीदने वालों के लिए अच्छी खबर देते हुए उन्होंने कहा कि सिडको के घरों की कीमतों में सीधे 10 प्रतिशत की कटौती का निर्णय लिया गया है।

Nagpur is being developed

 Nagpur is being developed as an International Business and Financial Centre, with a project coming up on 1,710 acres in Hingna taluka. The headquarters of Mahajyoti are being shifted to Nagpur, and a Skill Development University will be established on 100 acres.

         Major industries such as the Jindal Group are investing in Gadchiroli, which is expected to emerge as India’s Steel Hub within the next five years. After China, the world’s second-largest Flying Academy will be established in Amravati, with an agreement signed with Air India to train 25,000 pilots.

            The PM Mitra Park in Amravati will generate two lakh jobs and boost export opportunities, while a mega textile cluster project at Nandgaon Peth has been approved.

In line with Union Home Minister Amit Shah’s resolve to eliminate Naxalism nationwide by March 2026, the Samruddhi Expressway is being extended up to Bhandara, Gadchiroli, and Gondia, with an industrial logistics hub being developed along the corridor. The Wadsa–Desaiganj–Gadchiroli railway line will now extend up to Surjagad, bringing a major transformation in connectivity.

To address irrigation backlog, a provision of ₹2,000 crore has been made. The Wainganga–Nalganga river interlinking project will bring 10 lakh hectares of land in Vidarbha under irrigation. Substantial funds have also been allocated for the Gosekhurd project and for repairs of Malguzari tanks in eastern Vidarbha

          Power generation, mineral resources, agriculture, forest wealth, tourism, transport, and logistics are Vidarbha’s seven core strengths, said Deputy Chief Minister Shinde, assuring comprehensive development of the region. He expressed determination to transform the Naxal-affected district of Gadchiroli into the country’s ‘Steel Hub’ and to eliminate Naxalism by March 2026.

          He added that the government’s primary focus is on infrastructure, industry, and water resources. Of the agreements signed at Davos, ₹5 lakh crore worth of MoUs are exclusively for Vidarbha, leading to large-scale employment generation.

Providing details of key decisions and schemes for Mumbai and its surrounding areas, Deputy Chief Minister Shinde said that residents of Sanjay Gandhi National Park will be provided alternative housing within a 5 km radius. A scheme has been announced to provide homes to the heirs of one lakh workers from closed textile mills. A new policy has been introduced to facilitate redevelopment of buildings stalled due to Funnel Zone and Defence Zone restrictions.

A massive 300-acre ‘Central Park’ will be developed on the Mahalakshmi Racecourse and Coastal Road land, and ‘Namo Gardens’ will be created in every municipal corporation. The 26-km Versova–Bhayander Coastal Road has also received approval from the Bombay High Court.

  Pod taxis will be introduced across the entire MMR, including BKC. An underground tunnel from Reclamation to the New Airport via BKC is being planned, and Mumbai and Navi Mumbai airports will be connected by metro. These projects will significantly reduce traffic congestion and make Mumbai more dynamic, assured the Deputy Chief Minister.

 Deputy Chief Minister Shinde was replying to the final week debate in the Legislative Council. He stated that the government has provided relief to around 20,000 buildings in Mumbai that do not have Occupancy Certificates (OC). This decision will benefit over 2.5 lakh families and more than 10 lakh citizens. He also announced good news for homebuyers in Navi Mumbai, with a direct 10 percent reduction in CIDCO housing prices.

For fulfilling Mumbaikars’ dream of owning a home

To make Mumbai slum-free, the government has decided to implement SRA Cluster Redevelopment on land parcels larger than 50 acres. The approval period for SRA schemes has been reduced from 120 days to 60 days. Work on the rehabilitation project at Ramabai Ambedkar Nagar has also commenced.
