State Consumer Helpline Merged into 'National Consumer Helpline'
All Consumers in the State Should Register Their Issues and Complaints from April 1, 2025
Mumbai, March 27: The State Consumer Helpline under the Food, Civil Supplies, and Consumer Protection Department will be discontinued on March 31, 2025, at noon and merged into the National Consumer Helpline. From April 1, 2025, all consumers in the state should register their issues and complaints with the National Consumer Helpline, as per an official announcement made by Desk Officer Isha Pawar through a press release.
The State Consumer Helpline was established with the assistance of the Consumer Guidance Society of India, Mumbai, following a government resolution on October 21, 2010. All consumers are requested to register their complaints through the National Consumer Helpline from April 1, 2025, using the following contact options:
