२७ कोटी ७८ लक्ष रुपयांची मालमत्ता जप्त

 

राज्यस्तरीय जाहिरात पूर्वप्रमाणीकरण समितीकडून विविध राजकीय पक्षांच्या १०८ जाहिरातींचे प्रमाणीकरण

 

मुंबई, दि.२० : राज्यात विधानसभा सार्वत्रिक निवडणूक - २०२४ साठी १५ ऑक्टोबर २०२४ पासून आदर्श आचारसंहिता लागू झाली आहे. १५ ते २० ऑक्टोबर २०२४ पर्यंत राज्यभरात सी-व्हिजिल (C-Vigil app) ॲपवर एकूण ६६७ तक्रारी प्राप्त झाल्या असून त्यापैकी ६६० तक्रारी निवडणूक आयोगाकडून निकाली काढण्यात आल्या आहेत. म्हणजे एकूण ९९ टक्के तक्रारी निकाली काढण्यात आल्या आहेत अशी माहिती राज्याचे अतिरिक्त मुख्य निवडणूक अधिकारी डॉ. किरण कुलकर्णी यांनी दिली आहे.

सजग नागरिकांना  आचारसंहिता पालनासाठी सहकार्य करणारे सी-व्हिजिल (C-Vigil app) ॲप हे कोणत्याही ॲपस्टोअरमधून डाऊनलोड करता येते. या ॲपव्दारे नागरिकांना आचारसंहिता भंगाबाबत तक्रार करता येते. तक्रार दाखल झाल्यानंतर संबंधित पथकाव्दारे चौकशी करुन योग्य ती कारवाई करण्यात येते.

राज्य शासनाच्या व केंद्र शासनाच्या विविध अंमलबजावणी यंत्रणांद्वारे करण्यात आलेल्या कारवाईत बेकायदा पैसे, दारू, ड्रग्ज व मौल्यवान धातू इत्यादी बाबतीत एकूण २७ कोटी ७८ लक्ष रुपयांची मालमत्ता जप्त करण्यात आली आहे. आचारसंहितेची राज्यात प्रभावी अंमलबजावणी सुरु असल्याचेही डॉ. कुलकर्णी यांनी सांगितले.

राज्यस्तरीय जाहिरात पूर्वप्रमाणीकरण समितीकडून विविध राजकीय पक्षांच्या एकूण १०८ जाहिरातींचे प्रमाणीकरण करण्यात आले असून यामध्ये व्हिडिओ, क्रिएटिव्ह व ऑडिओ जाहिरातींचा समावेश आहे.

667 complaints of violation of Model Code of Conduct received by CVigil app, 660 resolved

·       State level Advertising Pre- Certificate Committee certifies 108 advertisements of various political parties

 

Mumbai, October 20:- The Model Code of Conduct (MCC) for the Legislative Assembly General Elections- 2024 in the state is in force since 15th of October 2024. During 15th to 20th of October 2024, a total of 667 complaints have been received on the CVigil App. Out of this 660 complaints have been settled by the election commission i.e. a total of 99 percent of the complaints have been resolved. This information is given by the additional electoral officer of the state Dr Kiran Kulkarni.

The CVigil App, which helps the vigilant citizens to follow the model code of conduct, can be downloaded from any app store. The citizens can file complaints about violation of the model code of conduct using this app. The teams assigned the responsibility will initiate suitable action after conducting an enquiry.

 Under the action initiated by various enforcement machinery of the State Government and the Central Government, assets including illegal money, liquor, drugs and valuable metals worth 27 crore 78 lakh had been seized. The implementation of the model code of conduct in the state is being done effectively, Dr Kulkarni added.

 Certification of 108 advertisements related to different political parties had been done by the state level Advertisement Pre- certificate Committee. This includes video, creative and audio advertisements.
