and law and order in the state

 

     Mumbai, August 18: Chief Minister Mr. Eknath Shinde had appealed to all the citizens to maintain law and order in the state.  He also made an appeal     to all the constituents of the society to maintain peace and celebrate upcoming festivals together in harmony. The appeal of the Chief Minister comes in the wake of tense situations in some parts of Nashik city. Stating that the local administration and the police department acted instantly to control the situation, he said that yet care should be taken to avoid such incidents in the future.
The Chief Minister said that Maharashtra is a state of social harmony and no action that goes against the rich tradition of the state will be tolerated. He said that no constituents of the society should take the law in their hands and        if there is any problem, it can be resolved through discussion.
      The chief minister also said that in the coming days, various festivals are going to be celebrated and all communities should participate and celebrate these festivals with gaiety. He said that our festivals are the symbols of our cultural diversity so every community should consider the sentiments of      others while celebrating our festivals.
He also said that the state government had directed all the district magistrates, commissioners of police, Superintendent of Police to be alert and initiate strict action against those spreading rumors. He also directed them to keep a vigil eye on social media and take action at the earliest against posts that are divisive for the society. The chief minister appealed to the people of the state to maintain peace and harmony and help in creating a positive atmosphere that will be conducive for the progress of Maharashtra.

Chief Minister Mr. Shinde discusses with Union Health Minister on doctors agitation

Mumbai, August 18:- Chief Minister Mr. Eknath Shinde yesterday had a telephonic discussion with the union health minister J P Nadda in the wake of the ongoing agitation by doctors across the nation. The discussion surfaced on issues like making stringent law at Union level for the security of the doctors. The chief minister requested the Union Minister to consider it positively.

Various associations of the doctors including IMA and others have started a strike protesting the rape and murder of a trainee doctor in Kolkata. The MARD, an association of resident doctors from Maharashtra is also participating in the agitation.

Chief Minister Mr. Eknath Shinde has in his recent discussion with MARD office bearers had said that the government is positive in the direction of taking concrete steps for the safety of doctors and health workers. He assured them that an audit will be conducted regarding the security arrangements of those engaged in health services. He also said that the medical personnel will get legal protection and preventive measures will be implemented for avoiding such violent incidents. He said that the issue will be taken to the union government under the health services protection law.

In accordance with the assurances given to the MARD, the chief minister today discussed the issue with Union Health Minister J P Nadda and discussed making stringent laws for the security of those in the medical field and curbing the violent incidents.

The Chief Minister had appealed to the agitating doctors and health workers to end their agitation and assured that the government will take positive decisions on the demand as it is committed for their security.

राज्य में कानून व्यवस्था और सामाजिक सद्भाव बनाए रखने की

मुख्यमंत्री एकनाथ शिंदे ने अपील की

            मुंबई, दि. 18 : राज्य में कानून और सुव्यवस्था की स्थिति बनाए रखने के लिए सभी नागरिकों से सतर्कता बरतने की अपील मुख्यमंत्री एकनाथ शिंदे ने की है. उन्होंने समाज के सभी वर्गों से शांति बनाए रखने और आगामी त्योहारों और समारोहों को सौहार्दपूर्ण ढंग से मनाने की अपील की है.

     नासिक शहर के कुछ हिस्सों में कल यानि गत शनिवार को निर्माण हुई तनावपूर्ण स्थिति के मद्देनजर मुख्यमंत्री ने यह अपील की है. उन्होंने कहा कि स्थानीय प्रशासन और पुलिस की त्वरित कार्रवाई की वजह से  स्थिति पर भलें ही काबू पा लिया गया  हों, लेकिन भविष्य में ऐसी घटनाएं न हों, इसके लिए सभी को जागरूक होने की जरूरत है.

     मुख्यमंत्री श्री शिंदे ने कहा कि महाराष्ट्र यह सामाजिक समरसता का राज्य है. राज्य की इस समृद्ध परंपरा को बिगाड़ने वाला कोई भी कृत्य बर्दाश्त नहीं किया जाएगा. किसी भी सामाजिक समूह को कानून अपने हाथ में नहीं लेना चाहिए. अगर कोई समस्या है, तो संवाद से उसका हल निकाला जाए. आने वाले समय में विभिन्न त्यौहार आ रहे हैं और इन सभी त्यौहारों में सभी समुदायों ने भाग लेकर उसे खुशी से मनाने का आवाहन मुख्यमंत्री ने किया है. 

     मुख्यमंत्री श्री शिंदे ने कहा कि हमारे त्यौहार यह हमारी सांस्कृतिक विविधता के प्रतीक हैं. इसलिए हर समुदाय को दूसरों की भावनाओं का ध्यान रखते हुए अपने त्योहार मनाना चाहिए. राज्य सरकार ने सभी जिलाधिकारियों और पुलिस आयुक्तों, अधीक्षकों को सतर्क रहने के निर्देश दिए हैं और किसी भी तरह की अफवाह या गलत सूचना फैलानेवालों पर सख्त कार्रवाई के आदेश दिए हैं. साथ ही सोशल मीडिया पर भी कड़ी नजर रखी जा रही है और समाज में वैमनस्य पैदा करनेवाले पोस्ट पर तुरंत कार्रवाई की जायेगी. मुख्यमंत्री ने सभी नागरिकों से एकजुट रहने और महाराष्ट्र की प्रगति के लिए सकारात्मक माहौल बनाने की अपील की है.

डॉक्टरों के आंदोलन के मद्देनजर

मुख्यमंत्री की केंद्रीय स्वास्थ्य मंत्री के साथ चर्चा

 

            मुंबई, दि. 18 : राज्य समेत देश में डॉक्टरों के चल रहें आंदोलन के मद्देनजर मुख्यमंत्री एकनाथ शिंदे ने कल केंद्रीय सार्वजनिक स्वास्थ्य मंत्री जे. पी. नड्डा से फोन द्वारा चर्चा की. डॉक्टरों की सुरक्षा के लिए केंद्रीय स्तर पर एक कड़ा कानून बनाया जाए, इस दृष्टि से चर्चा की गई. इस संदर्भ में सकारात्मक विचार करना चाहिये, यह मुख्यमंत्री श्री. शिंदे ने कहा.

    कोलकाता के प्रशिक्षणार्थी डॉक्टर पर बलात्कार और हत्या के मामलों को लेकर देश के आयएमए आदि संगठनाओं के डॉक्टरों ने हड़ताल, मोर्चा आंदोलन किया है.  राज्य के मार्ड संगठना भी इस आंदोलन में है.

    स्वास्थ्य कर्मचारियों की सुरक्षा को लेकर कड़े कदम उठाने को लेकर सरकार सकारात्मक है. स्वास्थ्य कर्मचारियों की सुरक्षा व्यवस्था के संदर्भ में ऑडिट किया जाएगा. चिकित्सा कर्मचारियों को क़ानूनी संरक्षण भी मिलेगा, साथ ही हिंसाचार की घटनाओं को रोकने के लिए प्रतिबंधात्मक उपाययोजना की जाएगी. स्वास्थ्य सेवा संरक्षण कानून के संदर्भ में राज्य सरकार केंद्र की ओर विनती करेगा, यह मुख्यमंत्री श्री. शिंदे ने मार्ड के पदाधिकारियों के साथ हाल ही में हुई चर्चा के दौरान कहा था. उसके अनुसार मुख्यमंत्री श्री. शिंदे ने आज केंद्रीय स्वास्थ्य मंत्री जे. पी. नड्डा के साथ चर्चा कर चिकित्सा कर्मचारियों की सुरक्षा मिलने के लिए कानून बनाने को लेकर चर्चा की.

      मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि डॉक्टर, चिकित्सा कर्मचारियों ने आंदोलन वापस लेना चाहिए. सरकार उनकी मांगों पर सकारात्मक कारवाई कर रही है और उनकी सुरक्षा के लिए प्रतिबद्ध है.
