            मुंबई, दि. 13 :- पीएम कुसुम योजना में महाराष्ट्र ने देश में पहला स्थान हासिल करके किसानों के हित में योजनाएं लागू करने में अपनी प्रतिबद्धता साबित की है। यह राज्य बलिराजा का है और हम इसके लिए सचेत प्रयास कर रहे हैं. इन शब्दों में मुख्यमंत्री एकनाथ शिंदे ने अपनी भावनाएं व्यक्त करते हुए राज्य के ऊर्जा विभाग की प्रशंसा की। महाराष्ट्र ने तकरीबन 71 हजार 958 सौर पंप स्थापित किए हैं।

            उपमुख्यमंत्री व ऊर्जा मंत्री देवेंद्र फडणवीस की संकल्पना से इस योजना को इससे पहले ही गति दी गई थी। उनकी पहल पर ऊर्जा विभाग ने राज्य में किसानों को दिन में सिंचाई करना संभव हो सके इसके लिए किसानों को कृषि उपयोग के लिए ट्रांसमिशन लेस सौर कृषि पंप प्रदान करने के लिए पीएम कुसुम योजना को प्रभावी ढंग से लागू किया है। इस अव्वल स्थान के लिए मुख्यमंत्री श्री शिंदे ने उपमुख्यमंत्री श्री फडणवीस की इस पहल के लिए और महाऊर्जा से संबंधित अधिकारियों-कर्मचारियों का भी अभिनंदन किया है।

            मुख्यमंत्री ने अपने संदेश में कहा है कि राज्य में नई व नवीकरणीय ऊर्जा क्षेत्र का भी हम अपने किसान बंधुओं के कृषि पंपों का प्रभावी ढंग से उपयोग कर रहे हैं। इससे बलिराजा को सिंचाई के लिए एक विश्वसनीय 'ऊर्जा' विकल्प उपलब्ध होगा। यह विकल्प कम खर्च का और विश्वसनीय भी है। ऊर्जा विभाग द्वारा केन्द्र के तंत्र के साथ समन्वय करके साबित कर दिखाया गया लक्ष्य के एक चरण है। सरकार प्रयास कर रही है कि इस योजना के माध्यम से ज्यादा से ज्यादा किसानों को सौर कृषि पंप मिले। इसके लिए महाऊर्जा को अपनी इस कार्य प्रणाली में निरंतरता बनाए रखनी होगी। साथ ही किसानों के बीच इस ऊर्जा स्रोत के बारे में अधिक जागरूकता पैदा करे। ऐसी उम्मीद भी मुख्यमंत्री श्री शिंदे ने व्यक्त की है।

            केंद्र सरकार के नवीन व नवीकरणीय ऊर्जा मंत्रालय ने 'किसान ऊर्जा सुरक्षा व उत्थान महाभियान'  'कुसुम' योजना के तहत राज्यों को 9 लाख 46 हजार 471 सोलर पंप लगाने की मंजूरी दी है। इसमें से देश में कुल 2 लाख 72 हजार 916 सोलर पंप लगाए गए हैं। इसमें सबसे ज्यादा सौर कृषि पंप राज्य में महाऊर्जा के माध्यम से स्थापित किए गए हैं।

             पीएम कुसुम योजना पर अमल के लिए महाऊर्जा के माध्यम से एक स्वतंत्र पोर्टल विकसित किया गया है। महावितरण के पास कृषि पंप कनेक्शन के लिए आवेदन करने वाले व जमानत राशि जमा न करने वाले किसानों को अब सौर कृषि पंप देने की योजना पर जोर दिया जा रहा है। महाराष्ट्र ने पहले ही गैर-पारंपरिक ऊर्जा उत्पादन नीति 2020 तैयार करके इस क्षेत्र में एक महत्वपूर्ण कदम रखा है। राज्य ने अगले पांच वर्षों के लिए पांच लाख कृषि पंपों को मंजूरी दी है।

Maharashtra leads in PM KUSUM scheme

 

            Mumbai, Nov. 13: By bagging the first position in the PM KUSUM scheme Maharashtra has given the experience of commitment to implementing the schemes of farmers’ interests. This is the farmers’ government and we are consciously making efforts for them, said Chief Minister Eknath Shinde showering praises on the Energy Department of the State. Maharashtra has set up 71,958 solar pumps.

            From the vision and concept of Deputy Chief Minister and Energy Minister Devendra Fadanvis, this scheme gathered momentum quite early. Through this initiative, the PM KUSUM scheme was implemented effectively to provide solar agriculture pumps sans transmission to the farmers to enable them to irrigate their fields during the day hours. The state has acquired the first position in the country in this scheme and the Chief Minister has congratulated Deputy Chief Minister Shri Fadanvis and the officers and employees of MAHAURJA.

            The Chief Minister in his message said that we are effectively using the new and renewable energy for providing agriculture pumps to the farmers. This will make them available as an alternative energy channel to the farmers for irrigation purposes. This alternative is relatively cheaper and dependable. The Energy Department has achieved this target with coordination with the central systems. But this is just one phase. The government aims at providing solar agriculture pumps to maximum farmers through this scheme. For this, the MAHAURJA should maintain consistency in their efforts and generate awareness among the farmers regarding this energy source. Efforts should be made to maintain the first position of Maharashtra in this scheme, Chief Minister expressed his expectation.

            The Central Government’s new and renewable energy ministry under its Kisan Urja Suraksha and Utthan Mahabhiyan (KUSUM) scheme has asked the states to set up 9,46,471 solar pumps out of which so far 2,72,916 pumps have been set up in the country. The maximum number of pumps is set up in Maharashtra through MAHAURJA.

            A separate portal has been developed by the MAHAURJA for the implementation of the PM KUSUM Scheme. Emphasis is being given to providing solar agriculture pumps to those farmers who had applied for the pump to Mahavitaran but failed to pay the security deposit. The state has taken important strides in the non-traditional energy sector by formulating a policy in 2020. The state has sanctioned five lakh solar pumps in the next five years.
