सुविधाओं के विकास में योगदान दें

उद्योजक, शिक्षाक्षेत्र की संस्थाएं एवं विशेषज्ञों से की मुख्यमंत्री ने अपील

 

            मुंबई, दि. 6 : चांदा से बांदा तक समान शैक्षणिक गुणवत्तापूर्ण विकास के लिए सामाजिक दायित्व के अंतर्गत राज्य के उद्योजक, कंपनियां, शिक्षा क्षेत्र में काम करनेवाली संस्थाएं और शिक्षा  क्षेत्र के विशेषज्ञ सहभागी होकर शैक्षणिक एवं बुनियादी सुविधाओं के विकास में योगदान दें, यह आवाहन मुख्यमंत्री उद्धव ठाकरे ने आज यहां पर किया। 

            शालेय शिक्षा विभाग की ओर से शासकीय  शाला भारतरत्न डॉ. बाबासाहब आंबेडकर मॉडेल स्कुल” उपक्रम के अंतर्गत आदर्श शाला के रूप में विकसित की जा रही है। इसके लिए राजर्षि छत्रपति शाहु महाराज शालेय शिक्षा परिवर्तन निधि के अंतर्गत सामाजिक दायित्व से सहभाग मिलने के लिए विभाग प्रयास कर रहा है। इसी प्रयास के एक भाग के रूप में आज मुख्यमंत्री श्री. ठाकरे ने वीडियो कॉन्फ्रेंस के माध्यम से राज्य के  उद्योजक, शिक्षा क्षेत्र में काम करनेवाली संस्थाओं के प्रतिनिधि और इस क्षेत्र के विशेषज्ञों से संवाद साधा, इस दौरान वे बोल रहे थे। 

रोटी कपड़ा मकान के साथ शिक्षा भी जरूरी

            मुख्यमंत्री श्री. ठाकरे ने आगे कहा कि आज रोटी, कपड़ा, मकान इन बुनियादी जरूरतों के साथ अब शिक्षा भी अत्यावश्यक है। जिसे उत्तम शिक्षा मिलती है, वह खुद की क्षमताओं पर रोटी, कपड़ा और मकान भी प्राप्त कर सकता है। इसलिए गुणवत्तापूर्ण शिक्षा मिलना जरूरी है। इसमें शैक्षणिक गुणवत्ता वृद्धि के सभी प्रकार के यानि प्रशिक्षण और साहित्य निर्माण,  ग्रंथालये, ई-पाठ्यक्रम का निर्माण, व्हरच्युअल क्लासरुम का निर्माण, शालाओं का संगणकीकरण, प्रशिक्षित विशेषज्ञों का  मार्गदर्शन जैसे कार्यक्रम के साथ-साथ बुनियादी सुविधाओं के निर्माण में यह सामाजिक दायित्व से निवेश किया जा सकता है। किसी भी क्षेत्र में वे काम करने की इच्छा रख सकते है और इसका चयन वे पूरी तरह से अपनी पसंद के अनुसार कर सकते है। सरकार के सभी शालाओं से सभी को समान गुणवत्तापूर्ण शिक्षा मिलनी चाहिए,  यह अपेक्षा व्यक्त करते हुये उन्होंने इसके लिए सभी सहयोग अपेक्षित होने की बात कहीं। 

सभी तक आनंदमय शिक्षा पहुंचाना संभव

            मुख्यमंत्री ने छात्रों की बैग का बोझ कम करने के प्रयासों से वर्ष २०१४ में मुंबई महापालिका के स्कूलों में कक्षा ८ वीं से १० तक का पाठ्यक्रम एस.डी. कार्ड के माध्यम से छात्रों को उपलब्ध कराया और इसके लिए उद्योजकों के सामाजिक दायित्व निधि की बड़ी मदद होने की बात भी उन्होंने इस दौरान कहीं।

          इस दौरान उन्होंने सैटलाईट का फुटप्रिंट बहुत बड़ा होने की बात कहते हुये  इसके द्वारा हम दूर-दराज क्षेत्र में भी सहजता से पहुंच सकते है, यह बात इस दौरान स्पष्ट की। कोरोना के दिनों में इसका महत्व अधिक प्रकर्ष से होने की बात कहते हुये उन्होंने स्कूलों का संगणकीकरण, र्व्हच्युअल क्लासरुम का निर्माण भी इसमें सहभागी हो, साथ ही यह करते समय ॲनिमेशन के माध्यम से हम अधिक आनंददायी एवं सुलभ शिक्षा की व्यवस्था कर सकते है।

“ज्योतसे ज्योत जलाते चलो”

            शिक्षा क्षेत्र के गुणवत्तापूर्ण विकास में हम सभी साथ मिलकर काम करेंगे और ज्ञान की ज्योत जलाकर यह ज्ञानगंगा इसी तरह प्रवाहित रखेंगे, यह कहते हुये मुख्यमंत्री ने सहयोग की इस ज्योत को मशाल का रुप देने के लिए एक साथ आकर आने और ज्ञान के प्रकाश से छात्रों का जीवन प्रकाशमय करने की आशा भी इस दौरान व्यक्त की।  मुख्यमंत्री ने  शिक्षित और सुशिक्षित शब्दों के बीच के फर्क को बताते हुये कहा कि शिक्षा के साथ-साथ संस्कारित होना भी अधिक महत्वपूर्ण है। मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि महाराष्ट्र के  छात्र विश्वभर में कहीं पर गए तो उनका शैक्षणिक गुणवत्ता के दम  पर शानदार स्वागत होना चाहिए, ऐसे महाराष्ट्र के निर्माण के लिए हम सभी एक साथ मिलकर प्रयास करें, इसके लिए सहयोग करें।

सभी के सहयोग से आदर्श शाला – प्रा.वर्षा गायकवाड

            राज्य के स्कूलों का स्तर ऊंचा करने के लिए सामाजिक दायित्व निधि के अंतर्गत सभी के सहयोग की आवश्यकता है और आदर्श शाला के निर्माण के लिए सभी ने सहयोग करने की अपील शालेय शिक्षा मंत्री प्रा. वर्षा गायकवाड ने की। इसके लिए उन्होंने पहले चरण में ४७१ शालाओं का चयन किए जाने और हर साल ५०० शालाओं का चयन किए जाने की जानकारी दी और कहा कि इसके लिए  एक वेबपोर्टल तैयार किया जा रहा है।

          श्रीमती गायकवाड ने कोरोना के दिनों में स्कूल बंद लेकिन शिक्षा शुरू इस अभियान में किए हुये विशेषनीय प्रयासों की जानकारी उपस्थितों को दी। शिक्षा क्षेत्र का निवेश यह जीवनभर के लिए उपयोगी साबित होता है। शिक्षा में निवेश यानि देश के निर्माण में निवेश होता है। जिससे देश का आधारस्तंभ रहें छात्रों के उज्ज्वल भविष्य के लिए सभी ने एक साथ आकर काम करने की आशा इस दौरान व्यक्त की।

Contribute for the development of quality educational and infrastructure facilities under social responsibility

Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray appeals to entrepreneurs, educational institutions and experts

            Mumbai, August 6 :Chief Minister of the state minister Uddhav Thackeray today appealed to the entrepreneurs, corporate world, organizations and experts working in the field of education to participate in the social responsibility for the development of equal quality education at all levels and contribute for the development of educational and infrastructural facilities.

            The school education department has started the venture of developing government schools as Dr Babasaheb Ambedkar Model Schools. Efforts are on to fetch funds as a part of social responsibility under the Rajarshi Chhatrapati Shahu Maharaj Shaleya Shikshan Parivartan Nidhi. As a part of this, the chief minister today interacted through video conferencing with the Industrialists, institutions and representatives of educational field and experts from this field. He was speaking on this occasion.

Education along with food, clothing and shelter

            Speaking further he said that today along with the basic needs like food, clothing and shelter, education has also become an essential part of life. He said that those who get quality education can get food, clothing and shelter utilizing their own capabilities and hence imparting quality education is the need of the hour.

            He further said that in order to enhance the educational quality at all levels, investment through social responsibility will be encouraged in all fields including training and creation of literature, libraries, creation of Curriculum, creating virtual classrooms, computerization of schools, guidance from trained experts and all infrastructural facilities. He said that they can decide on their own to choose the field in which they want to work, as per their interest. He also said that all should get equal quality education from the government schools and for this, co-operation from all is needed.

Taking pleasant education to all is possible

            The chief minister further said that for bringing down the weight of school bags, the Mumbai Municipal Corporation started making available the curriculum through SD cards in the year 2014 recalling that the funds under the corporate social responsibility (CSR) by the industrialists had helped a lot in this crusade. Mr Thackeray also said that the footprints of satellites are very vast and we can reach the remote areas with ease. He also said that in the Corona pandemic, the importance of this system was most needed and asked the corporate world to participate in computerization of schools and creation of virtual classrooms. The chief minister said that with the use of animation can make the education more pleasant and easy for the students.
