            मुंबई, दि. 29: पिछले दो दिनों में राज्य के कुछ जिलों में बेमौसम बारिश और ओलावृष्टि से कृषि तथा फलों की फसलों को बड़े पैमाने पर नुकसान हुआ है। लगभग 1 लाख हेक्टेयर क्षेत्र प्रभावित हुआ है। किसानों को बेसहारा नहीं छोड़ा जाएगा और 3 हेक्टेयर तक का मुआवजा दिया जाएगा। इसके लिए राजस्व, कृषि विभाग तत्काल कालबद्ध तरीके से एक साथ सभी जिलों के पंचनामे पूरा करें, ऐसा निर्देश मुख्यमंत्री एकनाथ शिंदे ने आज राज्य मंत्रिमंडल की बैठक में दिया। उपमुख्यमंत्री देवेंद्र फडणवीस, उपमुख्यमंत्री अजित पवार ने भी निर्देश दिए कि प्रशासन इस संबंध में युद्धस्तर पर काम करे। 

            आज मदद व पुनर्वास के साथ कृषि विभाग ने राज्य में बेमौसम बारिश और ओलावृष्टि को लेकर प्रेजेंटेशन दिया। प्रचलित कार्य पद्धति के अनुसार तत्काल पंचनामा करने का आदेश सभी जिलाधिकारी सभी क्षेत्रीय कार्यालयों को दें और 33 प्रतिशत से ज्यादा खेती का नुकसान होने के मामले में निधि की मांग संबंधी प्रस्ताव शीघ्र सरकार के पास भेजने की व्यवस्था करें। इस तरह का औपचारिक निर्देश राजस्व व वन (आपत्ति प्रबंधन) विभाग द्वारा कल ही सभी जिलाधिकारियों के दिए जाने की बात पर मंत्रिमंडल ने गौर किया। राज्य के प्रभावित किसानों को जल्द से जल्द मदद उपलब्ध कराने के लिए निधि मांग का प्रस्ताव सभी जिलाधिकारियों से प्राप्त करके निधि आवंटित करने के एकत्रित प्रस्ताव पर विभाग द्वारा तत्काल निर्णय लेने का निर्देश इस अवसर पर मंत्रिमंडल ने दिया।

            ठाणे जिले की शाहपुर, मुरबाड तहसील प्रभावित हुई हैं और 53 हेक्टेयर क्षेत्र में सब्जियों को नुकसान पहुंचा है। पालघर जिले के पालघर, वसई और दहाणू तहसील में 41 हेक्टेयर क्षेत्र में सब्जियों को नुकसान पहुंचा है, नासिक जिले के कलवन, नांदगांव, नासिक, निफाड, त्र्यंबकेश्वर, सटाणा, दिंडोरी, पेठ, सुरगाणा, इगतपुरी, सिन्नर, चांदवड, येवला तहसील में 32 हजार 833 हेक्टेयर क्षेत्र में प्याज, अंगूर, सोयाबीन, मक्का, गेहूं, गन्ना और फलों की फसलें, धुले जिले की साक्री, शिरपुर, शिंदेखेडा तहसील में 46 हेक्टेयर क्षेत्र में केला, पपीता, कपास, चना, नंदुरबार जिले में नवापुर, अक्कलकुवा, नंदुरबार, शहादा, तलोदा, अक्राणी तहसील में 2 हजार 239 हेक्टेयर क्षेत्र में चावल, कपास, अरहर, मिर्च, मक्का, प्याज की फसल, जलगांव जिले की जलगांव, भुसावल, यावल, रावेर, मुक्ताईनगर, अमलनेर, चोपडा, एरंडल, पारोला, चालीसगांव, जामनेर, पाचोरा, धरणगांव, बोदवड, भडगांव, तहसील के 552 हेक्टेयर क्षेत्र में प्याज, चना, गेहूं, मक्का, ज्वार और फलों की फसलें को नुकसान पहुंचा है।

            अहमदनगर जिले के संगमनेर, अकोले, कोपरगांव, पारनेर, राहाता में 15 हजार 307 हेक्टेयर क्षेत्र में केला, पपीता, मक्का की फसल को नुकसान हुआ है। पुणे जिले की खेड़, आंबेगांव, शिरूर तहसील में 3 हजार 500 हेक्टेयर क्षेत्र में अंगूर और प्याज की फसल को नुकसान हुआ है, सातारा जिले की जावली तहसील में 15 हेक्टेयर क्षेत्र में चावल की फसल को नुकसान पहुंचा है। छत्रपति संभाजीनगर जिले की पैठन, गंगापुर, वैजापुर, कन्नड़, खुलताबाद, सिल्लोड, सोयगांव, और फुलंब्री तहसील में 4 हजार 200 हेक्टेयर क्षेत्र में केले, पपीता और मक्के की फसल को नुकसान हुआ है।

            जालना जिले की बदनापुर, जालना, जाफराबाद तहसील में 5 हजार 279 हेक्टेयर क्षेत्र में अंगूर, केला, प्याज, खरीफ ज्वार, गेहूं और चना की फसल को नुकसान हुआ है। बीड जिले की परली, बीड तहसील में 215 हेक्टेयर क्षेत्र में प्याज, ज्वार, सब्जियों को नुकसान पहुंचा है, हिंगोली जिले की वसमत तहसील में 100 हेक्टेयर क्षेत्र में सब्जियों को नुकसान पहुंचा है। परभणी जिले की परभणी, गंगाखेड, जिंतूर, पाथरी, पूर्णा, पालम, मानवत, सोनपेठ, सेलू तहसील में 1 हजार हेक्टेयर क्षेत्र में रबी ज्वार, कपास, सीताफल, अमरूद, सब्जियों का नुकसान हुआ है, नांदेड़ जिले की नांदेड़ और मुदखेड़ तहसील में 50 हेक्टेयर क्षेत्र में केले की फसल खराब हो गई है। बुलढाणा जिले के बुलडाना, नांदुरा, लोनार, सिंदखेड़ाराजा, देउलगांव राजा, संग्रामपुर, मेहकर, जलगांव जामोद, मलकापुर, खामगांव, शेगांव, मोताला, नांदुरा तहसील में 33 हजार 951 हेक्टेयर क्षेत्र में सब्जियों को नुकसान पहुंचा है।

            Mumbai, Nov 29: In the last two days, several districts in the state have suffered extensive damage to agriculture and fruit crops due to untimely rains and hailstorms, affecting about 1 lakh hectares of land. Farmers will not be left stranded and will receive compensation for up to 3 hectares, for which the Revenue and Agriculture Departments should urgently complete all districts' (panchnama) assessments in a time-bound manner, as directed today by Chief Minister Eknath Shinde at the state cabinet meeting. Deputy Chief Ministers Devendra Fadnavis and Ajit Pawar also instructed the administration to work at a war level in this regard.

            Today, the Relief and Rehabilitation and Agriculture Departments presented the situation of untimely rains and hailstorms in the state. All District Collectors must urgently conduct assessments as per existing procedures and should arrange to send proposals for funding requests to the government in cases where more than 33% of crops are damaged, as formally directed by the Revenue and Forest (Disaster Management) Department yesterday, which was noted by the cabinet. Proposals for funding requests from all District Collectors are being collected to distribute funds to the affected farmers as soon as possible, as directed by the cabinet this time.

            In Thane district, Shahapur and Murbad talukas are affected, with 53 hectares of vegetable crops damaged. In Palghar district, Palghar, Vasai, and Dahanu talukas have 41 hectares of vegetable crops damaged. In Nashik district, Kalwan, Nandgaon, Nashik, Niphad, Trimbakeshwar, Satana, Dindori, Peth, Surgana, Igatpuri, Sinnar, Chandwad, and Yeola talukas have 32,833 hectares of onion, grape, soyabean, corn, wheat, sugarcane, and fruit crops damaged. In Dhule district, Sakri, Shirpur, and Shindkheda talukas have 46 hectares of banana, papaya, cotton, and chickpea crops damaged. In Nandurbar district, Navapur, Akkalkuwa, Nandurbar, Shahada, Taloda, and Akrani talukas have 2,239 hectares of rice, cotton, pigeon pea, chili, corn, and onion crops damaged. In Jalgaon district, Jalgaon, Bhusawal, Yawal, Raver, Muktainagar, Amalner, Chopda, Erandol, Parola, Chalisgaon, Jamner, Pachora, Dharangaon, Bodwad, and Bhadgaon talukas have 552 hectares of onion, chickpea, wheat, corn, sorghum, and fruit crops damaged.

            In Ahmednagar district, Sangamner, Akole, Kopargaon, Parner, and Rahata talukas have 15,307 hectares of banana, papaya, and corn crops damaged. In the Pune district, Khed, Ambegaon, and Shirur talukas have 3,500 hectares of grape and onion crops damaged. In Satara district, Jawali taluka has 15 hectares of rice crops damaged. In Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar district, Sambhajinagar, Paithan, Gangapur, Vaijapur, Kannad, Khultabad, Sillod, Soygaon, and Phulambri talukas have 4,200 hectares of banana, papaya, and corn crops damaged.

            In Jalna district, Badnapur, Jalna, and Jafrabad talukas have 5,279 hectares of grape, banana, onion, Kharif sorghum, wheat, and chickpea crops damaged. In Beed district, Parli, and Beed talukas have 215 hectares of onion, sorghum, and vegetable crops damaged. In Hingoli district, Vasmat taluka has 100 hectares of vegetable crops damaged.

            In Parbhani district, Parbhani, Gangakhed, Jintur, Pathri, Purna, Palam, Manvat, Sonpeth, and Selu talukas have 1,000 hectares of Rabi sorghum, cotton, custard apple, guava, and vegetable crops damaged. In Nanded district, Nanded and Mudkhed talukas have 50 hectares of banana crops damaged. In Buldhana district, Buldhana, Nandura, Lonar, Sindkhedraja, Deulgaon Raja, Sangrampur, Mehkar, Jalgaon Jamod, Malkapur, Khamgaon, Shegaon, Motala and Nandura talukas have 33951 hectares of vegetable crops damaged.
