According to the latest weather forecasts, parts of Vidarbha, Marathwada, Khandesh, and Madhya Maharashtra may experience cloudy conditions and scattered thunderstorms accompanied by rain during the afternoon hours until at least June 15. However, the prevailing conditions do not yet suggest rainfall sufficient for widespread sowing operations.
Meanwhile, maximum temperatures are likely to remain high across many parts of the state until at least June 12. Temperatures in Vidarbha and Khandesh may exceed 40°C, while those in Marathwada are expected to range between 35°C and 40°C.
